Absoluterly wonderful caring, knowledgable and helpful staff. Beautiful architecture and very well designed hotel and rooms and lots of light. Really amazing breakfast and on Christmas day they had some special touches. Highly recommend and easy walking distance to the town center.

très belle architecture dans une ancienne maison entièrement rénovée et transformée les chambres sont grandes, et parfaitement aménagées les petits déjeuners sont très complets, et le personnel est absolument charmant et à l'écoute a noter que cet établissement reverse une grande partie de ses bénéfices à des actions sociales un "petit" bémol: le wifi n'est pas accessible dans les chambres, mais il suffit de s'installer sur l'un des petits bancs de la terrasse

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel con Corazón, Granada fue maravillosa de principio a fin. Desde la llegada, sentimos la calidez de un equipo humano que trabaja con verdadera pasión y amabilidad. La limpieza de las instalaciones es impecable, los espacios transmiten paz y cuidado, y el desayuno es delicioso, variado y preparado con esmero, lo que hizo que cada ma?ana empezaremos con energía y una sonrisa. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones cómodas y acogedoras, ideales para descansar y disfrutar del encanto colonial de Granada, pero lo que realmente lo convierte en un lugar único es su corazón solidario. Detrás de cada estadía hay un propósito transformador: gran parte de los beneficios del hotel se destinan a apoyar la educación de jóvenes en Nicaragua, bajo el lema “Enjoy today, care for tomorrow”. En una región donde muchos adolescentes deben abandonar sus estudios para trabajar y ayudar a sus familias, este proyecto brinda oportunidades reales de romper con el ciclo de pobreza. Alojarse en Hotel con Corazón no es solo disfrutar de un viaje, es también ser parte de un impacto positivo en la comunidad. Saber que, mientras descansábamos en un lugar tan bello y bien atendido, también estábamos contribuyendo al futuro de muchos jóvenes, hizo de esta experiencia algo profundamente especial. Lovely hotel - clean and comfortable.
This is a lovely hotel. There are hammocks for chilling. Good pool. The air con in the room works well.
We were disappointed not to be told that there was a broken pipe in the hotel as of Jan 2025 which means no hot water. The rates should be reduced or a complimentary drink would be good to compensate for this, particularly as this was a reason for booking.
The staff are helpful. Breakfast was omelette, bread and fruit.
Water is available for dispensing at anytime.
If they have hot water, and this is important to you, then this place is gold. If you don’t mind cold water shower in Jan 2025 then definitely book - it is clean, comfortable and good staff.

As the name says hotel with heart; they provide help for help for local children.

Everything good with our stay but I would like to recommend some little thing as have a blower in the room and also have a TV in the other room.
