Beautiful place,clean,very small room Unhelpful staff, pretending not to know simple Spanish Very disappointing Hospitality not at it's best Granada is absolutely charming and worth visiting,just chose another place to stay if you might need a mug of hot water for your herbal tea
Lovely hotel with friendly staff
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and so was the pool area. Location was just right, quiet and located walking distance to the main square.
Nice hotel, decent location, slightly small room
This hotel was a bit larger and nicer than my expectations. The room, however, was a little bit smaller and did not have some basic things such as a desk or microwave or any other amenities that hotels usually have. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices for rides around the area were very expensive, especially to the airport, but overall, it is a nice hotel to stay in.
One of the better properties that I’ve ever stayed at throughout my very extensive travels! The grounds felt like you were walking into paradise! The staff went above and beyond. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Attention to so much detail. Highly recommended. Stay here if you’re visiting Granada!
