A very pleasant three-star hotel with an excellent location. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. The staff were truly amazing – welcoming, very friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Booked last minute as there was a mixup with our other accommodation. The staff were so helpful. The hotel was clean and comfy and it was really reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. It was particularly hot in Split so they let us keep our room so we could wander in the morn and then use the room when we got back. Overall a very positive experience.

Accueil souriant. Parking gratuit à disposition. Nous avions un petit appartement avec deux chambres, bien équipées, confortables et calmes. Le petit déjeuner est conforme à nos attentes dans ce type d'h?tel ***. Bien situé, pas trop éloigné du centre, nous avons opté pour un Uber à 5.10 € plut?t que la marche pour nous rendre au centre.

What I liked the most is the friendliness of the staff. Consul looks like a boutique hotel, quite cozy with a nice shaded area outside for coffee or anything else. It has everything you need in the room, except the safe.Room is small but very clean. Bed was ok, the vinyl on one side of my bed was worn out so sadly. Not much of a selection for breakfast but the food was in good quality. Bus stops to airport or old town are a few steps away. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood too. The drawback is there is no elevator. Staff helped me bring my suitcase during check in and check out. Really appreciated the gesture.

Great welcome, great rooms, fast WiFi, lovely breakfast. Perfect for a family of 5. Took us about 30 minutes to get from the airport in a taxi. Beautiful part of town and close to everything we needed. Food outlets close by open til midnight and a 15 minute walk from the Diocletian Palace

We were 5 guys in our start 20’s we were very surprised when we came to the hotel of how Nice and friendly the staff was The hotel rooms are very Nice and we came home to a clean room with new Towels everyday, there’s party at Night in split midtown but the hotel is in an relaxed area so you Can get a Nice sleep even in the weekends There is 2 minutes to a supermarket and 10-15 minutes to the Beach and midtown

Very nice hotel with lovely bedroom and beautiful bathroom. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good location not far from the old town but very close to local bus station, especially handy for the airport. Would recommend.

We visited Split in sunny September for 2 nights. We chose Consul due to the positive reviews and it exceeded expectations. It is a wonderful place. Very very clean, spacious and welcoming. Staff were very professional down to earth and treated us like family. Hotel is extremely good value, lovely food, and ambience. It is approx 10 minute walk from Old Town so no parade of tourists to keep us awake. A sign beside the reception desk said ‘Glad you are Here ?? Consul??’ all I can say is so were we, so very much. The hotel is renovated with the luxury of a 5 Stars hotel. Lovely decorated and the service is like Mr. Ritz meaned to be but with the family warm. It is close located to the ancient city and in a peaceful neighborhood. A good sleep is guaranteed. If you are having dinner there ask for the ribs.
