Soggiorno piacevole, dettagli da rivedere
L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto bella. Lo staff è gentile, anche se piuttosto insistente nella proposta di servizi extra.
Un aspetto poco trasparente riguarda il servizio in camera: ci è stato quasi addebitato un costo di 10 euro per due bottigliette d’acqua (del valore di 4 euro), nonostante ci fosse stato detto telefonicamente che il prezzo sarebbe rimasto invariato sia in caso di consegna in camera che di ritiro diretto. Avendo soggiornato solo due notti, l’addebito è risultato evidente in fattura, ma ho il sospetto che, in soggiorni più lunghi, simili costi possano passare inosservati.
L’abbiamo fatto presente al check out e non ci hanno addebitato il costo, quasi però come un favore.
Complessivamente ci sono strutture meno costose, più nuove e più pratiche a Santa Teresa che certamente avremmo preferito se non fossero state tutte piene. Inoltre, la colazione è mediocre per il posizionamento dell’hotel.
This is a great hotel literally next to a beautiful beach (Rena). For that alone you should stay here but note it’s at the bottom of a very steep hill into town. Wasn’t an issue for me but may be for those who don’t like to walk steep inclines (but takes only a few minutes). Breakfast was standard spread. Staff was super nice. Room was ok. Old and basic so don’t expect much in terms of modern comfort but it was fine for a week. The access to beach was truly the best part.
No question, this was our favorite stay during our three-week trip to Mallorca and Sardinia. First, it's located a five-minute walk from one of the island's most beautiful beaches. (But note: During summer, the beach limits the number of people who can visit. If you want to go there, you can pay 50 euros through the hotel to guarantee you a spot on a specific day, complete with umbrella and lounge chairs.) Hotel also has a lovely pool and a restaurant. Rooms are nice and have all the necessities. Best of all, however, is the service. All of the staff were incredibly helpful. It's also close to the town central and terminal for the Corsica ferry (highly recommend a day trip to Bonafacio). Spent a week here and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
Great location beside the beach
Very nice hotel, excellent location and staff were fab. Would certainly recommend. Breakfast buffet is very good.
Our mistake-thought pool would be more suited to kids from images but steps into deep adult level pool and play area is not toddler friendly. Staff very friendly with kids and welcoming.

Les chambres manque d’équipement (pas de bouilloire, ni machine à café) petit réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas bien
Limite pour un h?tel de ce standing
Points positifs : emplacement, piscine, personnel attentif et très sympathique, petit dej buffet de qualité

L’accueil à notre arrivée était très bien, en fran?ais parfait en plus. L’h?tel a été de très bon conseil pour notre séjour ici. H?tel très bien situé, la chambre était grande avec balcon donnant sur la piscine. je le recommande

Hotel molto curato, personale gentile, abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade della camera con bellissima terrazza. Atmosfera molto piacevole in tutte le aree dell hotel, ristorante, reception, piscina. Personale sempre pronto ad aiutare. Accessibilità diretta alla spiaggia Rena Bianca. Grazie di tutto
