Beautiful location and well operated hotel with lovely rooms and facilities. We had a suite overlooking a golf course and the mountains, and it was breathtaking. Updated and modernized. Half board was included and the hotel provided an excellent buffet breakfast with multiple food selections. Dinner was a 5 course meal with choices. Also excellent. Service, staff and owner/manager were all excellent. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel is in a lovely spot with great mountain views and is about a 30 minute walk into Corvara. It has everything you need for an excellent stay. The rooms are modern as is the whole hotel. There’s a nice bar and outside seating. The restaurant is very good and the food was of a standard you would normally expect from a really good restaurant. I was staying on half-board and, on both nights, had a salad buffet starter and choices for the two main courses. Everything was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. There is plenty of parking and I was able to put my motorcycle in the underground garage, as were the other motorcyclists staying here. The only downside was that the lift wasn’t working for the two days I was here. Still walking up two flights of stairs probably burnt off some of the calories I gained in the restaurant.

Seconda volta in questo bellissimo albergo dalla posizione spettacolare. Da qui, sia in estate che in inverno, si parte direttamente, a piedi, con gli sci o con un impianto di risalita, per il Pralongia' e molto altro. Vista stupenda su Sassongher, Sella, Boe' ecc. anche dalla fantastica Spa. Struttura molto curata, la camera nuova e molto bella.

Zum zweiten mal haben wir einen perfekten Skiurlaub verbringen dürfen: -überragendes Essen mit tollem Ambiente -sehr saubere Zimmer mit südtiroler Flair -gro?zügiger Skikeller mit Spint und Schuhheizung - 50m bis zum Skilift -sehr angenehmer Innenpool und Saunabereich -das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und hochmotiviert

Hotel carino, tranquillo, comodo per chi va a sciare, vicino a impianto di risalita. Tuttavia si punta su effetto wow più che al servizio vero. Cucina gourmet e centro benessere attrezzatissimo ( a parte la piscina mozzafiato, ma praticamente inutilizzabile…). Abbiamo chiesto letto aggiuntivo, ci è stato fornito con due materassini, uno da bambino sotto e uno di gomma piuma più grande sopra, praticamente cadi dal letto appena ti muovi. Ma a richiesta hanno messo un materasso normale. Solo 3 attaccapanni in camera. Immaginate in 3 con la tuta e l’attrezzatura da sci bagnata da far asciugare, i teli e gli accappatoi del centro benessere da far asciugare, i teli della doccia da far asciugare e niente su cui appendere. Ci è stato risposto che possiamo metterli nell’armadio … !!! La roba bagnata in armadio insieme ai panni asciutti?!?!? Comunque, insistendo un po’ ci hanno portato un attaccapanni a piantana. Dulcis in fundo, acqua 75ml a riempimento , non sigillata , 3,5€! In montagna! Ma il bello è che se la avanzi non te la riportano la vita dopo!!! Fatto notare a cameriera che, stizzita , poi ci porta un mezzo litro in più. Mattina successiva, stessa cameriera stizzita fa notare a titolare che prendiamo 2 borracce da 500ml di The da tenere nello zaino durante il giorno. Titolare che ci viene a fare la paternale e ci vuole addebitare le bustine del The!!! Ripicca della cameriera stizzita? Per l’attaccapanni? Per il materasso? Una cosa è certa, un 3 stelle superior, più che al gourmet e alla sauna finlandese dovrebbe badare alla pulizia all’ordine e essere obiettivo con i clienti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel pochi giorni fa. Ci eravamo già stati nel 2018 e nel 2019 , con ricordo di esserci stati bene Abbiamo deciso di ritornarci. L'hotel è piuttosto bello, curato e pulito, ci sono però alcune pecche da sottolineare prima di tutto la parte legata alla ristorazione. Hanno tolto del tutto le serate a tema che in alto Adige,in generale, molti hotel fanno e ricordo facevano anche loro, il cibo è buono ma ad eccezione di una sera dove abbiamo mangiato pietanze locali, le altre sere il menù tendeva ad essere un po troppo economico, ok le economie di scala ma se una sera ti avanza della materia prima non è detto che me la riproponi la sera dopo sotto altra forma almeno non in un hotel del genere. Alcune pietanze onestamente non erano da hotel di questo livello, mozzarella in carrozza, pollo impanato, frittatine, minestrone...tanto per citarne alcune. Molto bene invece il buffet degli antipasti molto vario e curato lì non so perché ma pare ci sia molta più attenzione che per la cena. Insomma rispetto a quando ci eravamo stati abbiamo notato un ridimensionamento verso il basso per quanto riguarda il mangiare ed è un vero peccato. Altro consiglio, le tisane nella spa tenetecele è inutile mettere il distributore di acqua calda se poi non ci metti le tisane, occhio ai dettagli fanno la differenza!

Mein zweiter Besuch im Hotel Costes war wieder sehr sch?n. Frau Kostner ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, der Wellnessbereich ist gro?zügig und der Outdoor Whirlpool mit dem Blick auf den Sassongher einfach toll. Das Zimmer "Doppelzimmer Comfort Panorama" geh?rt zu den sch?nsten Zimmern, die auf meinen etlichen Südtirol-Urlauben bislang hatte. Wanderungen k?nnen direkt vom Haus aus starten, so dass das Auto auch Urlaub hat.

Hotel in ottima posizione Con impianti di risalita adiacenti all’hotel , vicino al centro Zona relax spa carina e curata.. camere nella media .. pulite , un po’ datate Avrebbero bisogno di una rinnovata . Colazione nella media ..per tutti i gusti .. dal dolce al salato Nota dolente il menù serale Area insalate … antipasti.. piuttosto scarsi e una volta terminate nei contenitori non vengono rimpinguati “ .. cioè se arrivi tardi non li mangi “ Nel menu non erano presenti piatti locali .. ma molto elaborati e a base di pesce … Avrei preferito personalmente piatti del loco . Porzioni scarse e non sempre all’altezza dell’hotel .. per il costo stanza e mezza pensione si può pretendere di più .

Ein perfekter Skiurlaub im Herzen der Dolomiten. Nicht nur die Lage sondern das gesamte Team im Hotel überzeugten uns auf ganzer Linie. Frühstück und Abendessen sind exzellent, auch werden Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen und durften einen tollen Skiurlaub im Hotel Costes verbringen.

We stayed in this hotel and unfortunately we have to advise against it for families with children. The hotel is nice and close to the ski slopes, but it is impossible to walk to the center or to move without car. The menu and the wine cellar are quite limited. The hotel offer very few services for children and the games room is small and unattended. We also found a notable rudeness of the hotel managers towards children who want to play and also towards parents. No kind and jovial organization for New Year's, indeed further restrictions on restaurant hours. The waiters, unlike the owner, have always been kind and very helpful. Honestly, we do not recommend it, in the area there are better equipped hotels with a better welcome that makes you feel at home and enjoy your holiday.
