We had a lovely two-night stay at Hotel Dala! Manuela is the most hospitable, kind, welcoming host that we met during our two-week trip to Switzerland. Anything you need, she is more than willing to help you with. She also has wonderful recommendations for anything you might want to see or do in the area. We can’t wait to visit again! The highlights: clean and comfortable accommodations, large patio/terrace with excellent views, the most delicious and large breakfast selection, perfect location, and of course - Manuela, the best host!

Nous avions un appartement avec 2 chambres pour 5 ( 2 adultes et 3enfants ) Appartement vraiment très propre et fonctionnel. Belle terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur la montagne Literie confortable Quartier extrêmement calme jusque aisément 9h du matin Petit déjeuner buffet royal ! Avec beaucoup de choix , idéal avant de partir en randonnée. Manuela est très accueillante , à l'écoute de ses clients et de bons conseils . Si nous devions revenir à Loèche les bains nous retournerons à l'h?tel Dala sans aucune hésitation.

Das Hotel war super. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Saubere Zimmer. Der Balkon war sogar mit Liegestühlen versehen. Und das Frühstücksbuffet war absolut der Hammer. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Diese Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden auch wieder dort buchen.

We were given a free upgrade and were happy in a large room with a magnificent view of the mountains. We really liked the sauna complex, which in addition to the sauna had exercise machines, an electric massage bed and a weight loss machine. And also carefully prepared fruits, dried fruits, nuts, tea, coffee. Magdalena was unusually sympathetic and pleasant. Lots of useful information, recommendations and even trekking poles were invaluable.

Friendly and helpful staff, central hotel, nice breakfast-buffet, the rooms are simple but well equipped, quiet and clean, the bed and pillows are very confortable, good shower. The nice terrasse with table, chairs and deckchairs is really enjoyable :)) I recommend !

Stayed over New Year in a room with balcony and Mountain View. The rooms are pretty much what you would expect from a 3 star hotel in this area. Not deluxe but fine and very clean. What makes this hotel is the service. Manuela the owner really cannot do enough for you and is kindness itself. The breakfast has a truly impressive range and is well stocked and Manuela is generous to allow you to take things for lunch or to your room. Nothing is too much trouble from extra towels to extra tea and the view from the well sized balcony is wonderful

The hotel is clean but dated. The breakfast is not bad and staff provided all the facts upon checkin. That's about all the good things I can say for chf186 per night ( one of the most expensive hotel during our month long europe trip) I originally wanted to book another hotel which provided hotspring in the hotel, but it was booked out. So I booked Hotel Dala assuming I've paid more for the hotel to enjoy quick dips in the hotel thermal pool at night as shown in the photos on tripadvisor, my room will be modern like the photos and we can enjoy the long list of hotel facilities. How wrong was I?! The thermal belongs to Leuketbad thermal which costs chf20+ per person for 3 hours. (Lovely but not cheap) The hotel facilities all located in a sad dimly lit room with everything right next to each other. The sauna closes at 7pm, so beware of your dinner time. The use of kitchenette costs additional chf40? (can't remember the cost but that's too expensive for a cup of warm tea) Our room was dated, nothing like the older tripadvisor photos. The mattress sheets are not comfortable as they have tiny cotton lumps from over washing. It's my fault that I didn't do my research but I just want future travellers to be better informed.

Last week stayed for three nights. Location is excellent, very close to the bus station and 300m from Leukerbad Therme which is the best choice these days. Alpentherme up the hill is still working but gets lots of complaints about service. Dala hotel is kind of old-fashioned place but everything in the room was functional and acceptable pricewise. The only thing I did not like was unstable wi-fi in the room. Decent and nutritional breakfast. Manuela managing the hotel was very friendly and helpful in explaining where to go around the town. I recommend staying there.
