马桶便池一圈发霉，晚上只有一名前台人员无法提供清洁，所以需要客人自己做清洁，糟糕至极！酒吧帅气的Alia非常好，积极提供职责之外的帮助！

サンマルコ広场まで徒歩5分位の立地でこじんまりとした可爱いホテルで良かったです＾＾ただ、部屋のミニバーのドリンクを饮もうとしたがオープナーが无くて饮むのを断念しました。朝食のテーブルが小さいのと、歯ブラシをオーダーしないと部屋になかったのが残念でした。その他は良かったです^ ^ ガーデンがとても可爱かった！

Really lovely hotel smacked in the heart of the San Marco. We booked a room for two and boy, the space was generous with amazing furnishings and super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Private docking area is a plus - allows arrival and departure in style - if you have a dollar to spare!
