I was with my friend here on December. The man in the reception when we arrived was so rude because my friend made a mistake in the reservation. She wanted a double room but she booked a single room by mistake and when she told about the mistake in the reception the man started shouting and told us that we can't change the room become the double room wasn't free. After that, we make another reservation in the same hotel for the same night online and on the site the double room was free. We paid for one single and one double room ??. Except from this, we had breakfast included but no ones told us about it and about the breakfast time. However, the room was clean.
