Hotel molto elegante. Camera nuova con stile modernissimo. Bagno abbastanza spazioso. Letto molto confortevole. Colazione discreta e senza applauso però, si può migliorare aggiungendo qualche dolce. La reception e la sala breakfast andrebbero migliorate

Bad experience. Very Big rooms but useless, deco is old fashioned. One morning shower was cold, never turning hot. Other thing is breakfast, no breakfast buffet, starting only at 7:30. You are asked what you want to eat, but not convenient neither common. Will not go back.

Really disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel looks fantastic online, however the reality is completely different. I stayed in a huge room and was looking forward to using the enormous whirlpool bath, however the bath had clearly not been deep cleaned in some time. When I turned on the jets, the water was dirty and the smell was horrendous and very off putting. I decided not to have a bath in the end, which made me feel quite dirty. Sadly it's a thumbs down ?? from me.
