Der Check-In verlief effizient. Das Zimmer selber war angemessen gro?, verfügte noch über einen gro?en Kleiderschrank, war sauber, abgesehen von einer schimmeligen Ablage in der Dusche. Die Ausstattung war etwas ?lter, aber abgesehen von einem abgenutzten Nachttisch und einem alten Hotelf?hn im Bad gut in Schuss gehalten. Auch w?hrend des Aufenthalts wurde stets gründlich gereinigt. Mein Zimmer lag zum Hinterhof. Nach innen war das Hotel jedoch sehr hellh?rig, so dass die Schlafqualit?t durchwachsen war. S?mtliches Hotelpersonal war freundlich und serviceorientiert, vollkommen egal ob Rezeption, Frühstück, Barservice oder Housekeeping. Das Frühstücksbüffet bot keine unendliche Auswahl, bot dafür aber qualitativ gute und frische Speisen. Der Check-Out war effizient. Hierbei stellten wir fest, dass eine Barrechnung nicht eingebucht war und auch eine von mir konsumierte Flasche aus der Minibar nicht auf der Rechnung erschien. Wir wiesen das Hotel darauf hin, dieses erlie? uns dann freundlicherweise die entsprechenden Rechnungsposten und buchte diese nicht ein. Eine Gep?ckaufbewahrung nach dem Check-Out war unproblematisch. Für Mailander Verh?ltnisse war das Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis gut.

Отличный отель рядом с метро, на котором буквально за 7 минут можно добраться до самого центра. Завтрак хороший, персонал очень внимательный.

Nos facilitou muito, pois compramos o ticket que vale por mais tempo e fizemos tudo de metro.

Great hotel stay. Really central for sightseeing, about 20 mins walk to Duomo and 20 mins walk to Milan central station for trains to Como and airport bus. We had a triple room and it was spacious enough for our short break. Mini fridge was useful for our drinks, room had a safe and large wardrobe. The room was warm but air con worked well. The included breakfast was good quality and a varied selection. Reception staff were friendly. The hotel is on a busy street but our room at the back of the hotel on first floor was quiet. We did not need to use metro or taxis during our stay we could easily walk everywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. For location and value this hotel is a good choice.

Excellent location. This hotel was very clean, rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were really nice and had great recommendations. Indoor parking was clean, secure and close. Parking was 41 Euros a day. It was worth it for peace of mind. Perfect location with restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket all located right when you walk out of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite big, but you wouldn't know by seeing it outside. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff in the reception was very helpful and professional. The breakfast selection was good and enough to start the day off. The best thing about this hotel is that is just a few metres away from the entrance to the Porta Venezia subway station, but overall, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
