Room was clean and well maintained during our stay, clean ed daily with bottled water daily, clean towels, and linens. The maids were great they realized we didn't want the extra blanket so left it off each day bed made up. Could have used more information when we checked in, there was a language barrier, not the clerk's fault as I should have asked more questions in Spanish.

Todo excelente, las camas muy cómodas, la pantalla smarttv grande y buenos canales, el desayuno incluido esta de lo mejor, espero siempre regresar a este hotel

The hotel is located in a central area, which is very convenient. I stayed there during Museum Night, and it was a great experience.

Like the location but too noisy at night. Service in the restaurant very slow. We waited for our food more than 30 minutes. Too many waiters around. What do they do?? Need to improve service in the restaurant.

En el menú, hace falta más verduras para la gente que no comemos carne, no hay opción, la habitación tenía olor a guardado y sus colchas son muy pesadas, en el gym nunca hubo aire acondicionado

El Hotel es muy bonito, las instalaciones están muy limpias. Las camas son cómodas y la vista desde la habitación es increíble. Además la zona es céntrica y tiene estacionamiento. El desayuno incluido está rico! Me gustó!

perdieron un cliente de muchos a?os cada a?o vacacionamos a Nayarit y nos hospedamos en familia en este hotel, realmente os gusta y lo habíamos pasado bien, lo mismo en esta ocasión pero olvidé una chamarra en habitación. por la noche, al llegar a mi domicilio, me comuniqué al hotel para pedirles que la guardaran y un familiar pasaría por ella, me dijeron que preguntarían a la encargada y después de varias llamadas me dijeron que no había nada. Me desagradó mucho su respuesta pues han perdido un cliente de muchos a?os por una simple prenda de vestir y falta de profesionalismo
