Our stay at Hotel Fusion was amazing. A huge shoutout to Daniel for being so professional and warm! He provided excellent introductions to San Francisco’s top spots and greeted us with genuine care every single day. It’s rare to see someone with such passion for hospitality. He made us feel right at home. Thank you, Daniel, for the top-notch service!

Great location. Aircon unit is super dated and very very loud.

Surprised with the rude and impolite behavior of the front desk executive - Ms Jane/ Jan while checking in the second time. The other front desk executives were quite respectful, helpful, polite and courteous. This one experience spoiled my day as well as my stay. Surprised me!
For this one experience i am not sure if I would like to stay again with this hotel.

Have stayed at The Fusion before. It continues to be worth the money. It's close to Powell St station which is on the airport line. Downtown San Francisco has probably suffered due to covid, like many places but it's easy to use street cars and Muni buses to get to where you need to be. .Perhaps the room was a little tired but it's still fit for purpose.

地点真是太方便了，转个弯就是地铁站跟当当车始站。购物饮食观光非常便利的一个饭店，有机会会再入住。
