Skuffet
Bildene av hotellet er helt annerledes enn hva man m?ter. Lite og trangt resepsjonsomr?de, veldig d?rlig utvalg til frokost. Skuffet over frokosten. Siste dagen hadde de heller ikke yoghurt eller appelsinjuice. D?rlig service fra enkelte i resepsjonen, mens et par var flinkere. St?vete rom. D?rlig luftkvalitet. Skittent p? badet.

The breakfast was not clean, and my friend and I both had food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhoea.

Unicamente mi queja es respecto al mantenimiento de la habitacion diaria. No reemplazaron o limpiaron los vasos que usabamos. El jarron de agua que se proveía en la habitación tenía residuos en ello. No rellenaron la botella del jabon liquido para ba?arse. La ba?era presentaba áreas con limo.

The location of this property was on a quiet street and yet close to many things to enjoy on foot including the Opera Metro. All of the staff was very kind and spoke English, French to help us practice and other languages. Our VP status entitled us to a complementary bottle of Prosecco all of the reception staff was eager to remind us we had available to us, and when we did decide to enjoy it, it was delivered to us with two champagne flutes immediately. We enjoyed having the balcony. We enjoyed the details from the hotel room, cleaning staff like decorating the tissue paper and placing our makeup items into glasses to organize the sink area The beds & bedsheets were extremely comfortable. Breakfast included hot and cold items and was just right. Umbrellas were offered to us & lots of heating inside. the complementary Lavazza espresso, coffee, latte machine in the Lobby was invaluable and high-quality.
We also had a Nespresso machine in our room and a carafe of filtered water filled daily.
Our two story room had the small lounge/ closet / dressing area downstairs & bedroom, second balcony, shower & WC on upper level.

こじんまりしたホテルですが、立地もよくオペラ、デパート、ヴァンドーム広场辺りまでも歩いて行けます。空港シャトルも徒歩で可能です。
スタッフは全员、フレンドリーで亲切でした。小さなロビーに饮み物が置いてあり
一休みもできたりと、お部屋は狭めですが
総合的にとても良かったです。

酒店设施完善，地理位置非常优越。邻近车站，以及旅游景点。虽然房间比较窄，但短途旅游是没有问题的。?????
