Apesar da entrada um pouco sinistra, de precisar tocar uma campainha em um port?o e depois passar por uma garagem, pegar um pequeno elevador e chegar até a recep??o no primeiro andar, eu até que daria uma nota melhor se n?o fosse a falta de empatia, e a arrongancia de uma senhora que fica na recep??o. Nunca vi tamanha grosseria em atendimento a cliente, mal educada e estupida . No mais, quarto razoável, café da manh? também…boa localiza??o …mas a estupidez dessa senhora me impede de voltar lá…

I was really disappointed with my stay. There was no hot water during my visit, which made things very inconvenient. What made it worse is that no one apologized or offered any kind of compensation for the issue. Mistakes and maintenance problems can happen, but a simple apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling quite let down.

Hotel in una traversa di Via Etna, in pieno centro, vicino alla villa bellini e alla famosa pasticceria Savia. Si trova al primo piano con ascensore.
Unica nota negativa è la colazione, molto scarsa

Very good location.
The day we checked in the front desk gentleman was extremely kind and helped us upstairs with all our luggage.
The whole staff was extremely polite .
Even the night staff member was very polite and helpful.
I enjoyed the morning cappuccino.

Normal for few days is stay. At the reception they don’t speak English at all ,expect one guy. WiFi constantly interrupted, in the room mobile service hardly work. Very noisy outside due to some concerts . Poor breakfast only few sweets. However clean and close to the centre.
