We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Hare Uta and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome, the warmth and care of the hosts set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself is peaceful, beautifully kept and thoughtfully designed, offering a real sense of calm after days exploring the island. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and felt like a sanctuary - a perfect place to relax and unwind. The surrounding gardens and communal areas are serene and full of character, making it easy to slow down and simply enjoy being on Rapa Nui. Breakfast each morning was delicious and unhurried, and we loved starting the day in such a tranquil setting. The team were always happy to help with advice, recommendations and practical support, and their local knowledge really enhanced our experience of the island. On the evenings we chose to dine in, the dinner menu was excellent and the food first class.. as were the cocktails! Hotel Hare Uta is a wonderful hotel - a place with heart, soul and a genuine connection to its surroundings. We loved every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.

We booked this hotel based on previous positive feedbacks on Tripadvisor and were prepared to pay a bit extra as we wanted this to be a trip of a lifetime. We have no negative points to make about the hotel. Our room had excellent views and was made up daily. The restaurant provided us with excellent food each evening and a good variety of options at breakfast time. The gardens around the hotel were immaculate……

I had a wonderful 5 nights at Hare Uta. All the staff made me feel so welcome and at home which was lovely as I was travelling alone as much husband was unable to make it at the last minute. I found the staff involved all the way along - airport pick up to reception, bar service, lunch, dinner, cocktails, room cleaning etc were all excellent. The food in the restaurant was very good indeed. The room and grounds make the hotel something special, such beautiful well kept gardens and the room and it's view was so perfect. I really can't recommend this place enough. Book it you will love you're stay. Stand out staff for me were Sebastian, Daniel, Diego and Barbara. Thank you !

Excellent place to stay on Easter Island. Beautiful bungalows, super clean, friendly helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. As a frequent traveler with celiac disease I appreciated that one of the first things asked at check in was about food allergies. Plenty of naturally gluten free options in the restaurant. One day at lunch the chef remembered I needed gluten free and altered the preparation of a lunch salad to accommodate. At breakfast the staff offered me gluten free toast and one day pancakes. Definitely recommend.

This place was pretty nice. Good breakfast. You will enjoy this hotel. Little far from town. But remote location adds to the charm. In fact all easter Island is bigly remote.

Das Sch?nste an unserem Aufenthalt war der bezaubernde Garten! Dieser ist grosszügig angelegt und man kann sich an der üppigen und sch?nen Vegetation nicht sattsehen. Auch die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber und die Betten bequem. Leider haben wir die Herzlichkeit und Professionalit?t vermisst. Wir mussten überm?ssig lange auf unseren Check-in warten und haben dies mehrfach freundlich beanstandet. Das Verhalten des Managements war ?usserst unprofessionell und arrogant und wir haben uns überhaupt nicht willkommen gefühlt. Von einem exquisiten und teuren Ort h?tte ich mir mehr Klasse und Stil gewünscht. Schade, denn leider kann ich deshalb das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Estuvimos en Hare Uta la primera semanan de octubre y la verdad es que la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el servicio, con personas muy atentas, gentiles y cercanas, a instaciones muy cómodas, acogedoras y que se insertan de forma perfecta al paisaje que rodea al hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in July. The hotel has nine rooms, but is building more, and is composed of several buildings on a small hillside, a bar & restaurant with an adjoining pool, a reception building, and then the rooms either grouped in a couple of buildings or, like ours, a separate cabana. Our room, with en-suite shower and toilet, was well-appointed and very well kept, and was surrounded by a terrace with chairs and a table with a pleasant view of the grounds and the hills beyond. There was a small safe, though this was not fixed in place and we didn't use it. The hotel has a spa, and we had very good and reasonably priced 60 minute massage. We didn't use the pool as it is unheated and the winter weather was a little too chilly. The hotel, while not actually in Hanga Roa town, is within easy reach. The staff were mostly young, and extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. We were on a half board package that included all our tours. The food and drink was generally excellent, and we were able to choose which of lunch or dinner we wanted to eat in the hotel. As it turned out, nearly all our lunches were outside as we were always on tour. The only thing we can think of that would have been a significant improvement would have been for the hotel to have a separate building comprising a lobby with soft chairs and sofas and bar, rather than the existing combination of bar and restaurant in the same space, so that if you wanted just to have a drink and relax, there was nowhere to sit except at the bar or at a meal table. I want to single out our tour guide, Tito, whom the hotel had arranged for us, for particular praise. Tito was exceptionally well informed about all the sites on the island, and I think he took us to see every single one in the three days we stayed there. Additionally, and unlike many local tourist guides, he was himself well travelled and well informed about all sorts of things other than Rapa Nui. He was, in fact, trilingual, being fluent not only in Polynesian, but also in Spanish and French, having lived in France for several years. We spent almost the whole of each day with him, and it was a real pleasure.

酒店离主要街道稍微远一点，酒店前台能帮你安排 Taxi （单趟 5000智利币）。可以跟师傅约好时间和地点，会再送你回酒店酒店绿化相当好，非常惬意。有游泳池和餐厅餐厅食物也相当不错，晚上不想出门，可以在酒店解决晚餐酒店前台也可以帮你预订表演秀和 Taxi 来回接送，服务满分

área externa excelente, restaurante bonito, cardápio bem variado, comida razoável e atendimento ok! Quartos ruins, banheiros sujos e com ceramicas velhas e ainda alguns com quartos conjugados, tendo uma área (cozinha) horríveis. Colchao ruim, len?óis ruins, toalhas velhas. Cafe da manha horrível, poucas op??es e das poucas tudo ali n?o prestava. Piscina ok, poderia ser mais bem limpa. N?o recomendo!
