Very good location, reception man help us to explore city. Enough amenities in room. Car parking little bit away but secure for parking.

Sufficient -with great customer service.
The hotel was sufficient. I don’t think it was as nice as what I expected. Everything was white. But it was pretty bare bones. There was no rugs or carpet or flooring in the bedrooms. It felt weird just walking on painted concrete. There was one wooden chair in the room to sit on. The duvet was a bit small for the bed for two people.
However, the service was great. The employees went out of their way to help us. The location was fantastic. You could walk to the old town super easy. The parking was across the main road, but it was still pretty close and it was nice to actually have parking. All in all, the hotel was sufficient, but it just didn’t have much in the room. Which was really kind of disappointing..

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück sehr gut, mit richtigem Cappucciono und richtigem Saft. Auch sonst gab es Getr?nke gratis. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fu? in der City. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder buchen!

A good hotel for 2 nightes
Two twin rooms, spacious and clean. The whole hotel is very Techy and the staff is super helpful. However the thin walls make every door slam heared...

We had an amazing experience in Hello Plovdiv Hotel. Everything is super clean, the breakfast was very good and they have a beautiful common area with citrus waters and a free coffee. The staff was really kind.

Very nice and helpful staff who gave a great introduction to the city when checking in. Very clean room. Really loved the design of the room and the rest of the hotel! Delicious breakfast, also nespresso machine in the room, coffee and lemonade available in the common area. Would stay here again if I come back to Plovdiv!

Excellent service, clean, newly opened and central location. The breakfast is well prepared and very tasty with various alternatives. Highly recommended. Parking was free and many restaurants and supermarkets are located within a walking distance.
