Very clean and attentive front desk stafff

Excellent budget hotel. Small number of rooms. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Short walk to north beach and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a large shower and plenty of hot water. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there was a musty smell in my room.

Isla Mujeres is a tiny island with many choices. Ive been coming here for 18 yrs. I needed a ladt minute room for a friend visiting. This hotel is in a PRIME location! The rooms are clean & very comfortable. The hotel itself is a disaster & poorly run. Xmas deco in February. Laundry, waterbottles, towels everywhere. Extremely rude staff. Balcony & stair railings broken. There is a reason that they were 3/4 empty at the peak of the season.

The property has an excellent location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The check in and check out process was easy. The only downside was the low water pressure. Otherwise, will probably stay again.

Good find
A wonderful little hotel in an excellent location near market, golf cart rental, numerous restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. The front rooms were noisy at night, but with ac, no problem. I definitely would stay there again.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to grocery store, restaurants and beach. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. We booked the premium 2 bed room. It’s on an active street and would be noisy if you don’t use the ac. The balcony was a very good size. We would definitely stay here again
