Con respecto a la ubicación, también es importante que se revise el mapa antes de reservar para ver que hay en los alrededores. Dear Thomas,In most of hotels, people who are not guests have to pay to use the facilities. In regrads to the 2 days without cable, we explained your wife that it was a general problem in the area due to a black out and in regards to not hot water, we did not receive any comments in regards to this. It is important that you make your report to the front desk immediately so we try to solve it as soon as possible. We do have some stores and restaurants closeby.

We truly appreciate your loyalty and value your input, as it helps us improve our services.I was checking the information with our hotel staff and they told me that you arrived by yourself on check in date, and that when the rest of your family got there, they sent you the towels to your room. The general manager doesnt have the information of water coming through the walls, nor we had a similar complaint ever. Please be assured that we do care about our guests needs and work very hard to provide a great service and exceed expectations.
