Excelente opción para hospedarse en Tapalpa, la suite con chimenea es amplia y cuenta con dos camas la recomiendo ampliamente, la atención del personal es excelente, aceptan tarjeta de crédito, transferencia y efectivo. Al rededor del Hotel Kali hay varios restaurantes y tiendas que también aceptan tarjeta de crédito y efectivo. Tuve una estancia excelente.

Cuarto remodelado, peque?o, bastante más reducido de lo que la foto sugiere. El proceso de recepción rápido y sin problemas. Buen detalle tener café y galletas de cortesía. El estacionamiento no está en el hotel, sino a la vuelta y tienes que avisarles si vas a entrar/salir para que lo abran, no muy conveniente. Está muy próximo a la plaza central, ideal para moverse a pie. La se?al de WIFI no llega hasta la habitación; eso es algo que deben resolver, un repetidor tipo mesh y se acaba el problema.

It's a small very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly. They don't have a restaurant or room service, but they have a little coffe area.

Very clean hotel within walking distance to Centro. My room was very clean, comfortable and the bed was great!! But the staff were exceptional!! The young lady, believe her name was Liz and the young man who both worked in reception were fantastic. They both went above and beyond in helping me. I was more than pleased with the customer service they gave me!!

Comfortable beds. Free coffee, tea and cookies available at entrance. Comfortable sitting area at entrance. Within walking distance of many restaurants and beautiful church. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are not air conditioned. The window in our room faced the interior which enabled air movement brought in through the open entrance to the street. I loved the quaint appearance of the interior of the hotel.

I liked the modern design of the room and the common areas. I did not like the lack of a chair on which to sit in the room. I did not like the thin polyester(?) towels. It takes many minutes for hot water in the shower - as a result a lot of clean water goes down the drain. There is no dedicated parking. One day we had to park on the street in the next block.
