Todo genial la atención y todo hasta la ultima la ma?ana cuando a primera hora de la ma?ana se empiezas a escuchar chillidos y una de la de limpieza solo hacia chillar que no se peleen vaya solución para unos chillidos en una habitación

Nice place if you want to be right in the centre of the city. The room was very nice and exceeded our expectations.
The only suggestion would be to make the parking situation a bit clearer. When we arrived, we were confused because there was no parking belonging to the hotel. We had to double-park to go inside and ask. They actually have an agreement with a local private parking, which is very convenient, close to the hotel, and offered at a great price. They should just make this clear before check-in.
Apart from that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay there again!

La estancia a sido un poco incomoda la habitación es grande pero sin ventilacion muy calurosa en verano no tiene ventana es toralmente encerrada la limpieza esta bien la cama es comoda aunque algo ruidoso en la madrugada para el descanso

Todo me parece lo más parecido a estar en casa. Excepto por un par de cosillas la limpieza no es diaria y las toallas tampoco aunque a mí grupo se las proporcionaron y sin problema desde Michelle a todos los empleados excepto una Sra del servicio de limpieza no se su nombre pero con muchos tatuajes y muy mal educada y su trato fatal por lo demás una casa en las palmas de corazón.

Hostal situado cerca de la Playa de las Canteras. En zona ruidosa. Tiendas y bares cerca. Muy básico. Anticuado. Las camas y cojines muy incómodos. La habitación poco práctica, el interruptor de la luz al lado de la puerta, lejos de la cama, la tele que no funcionaba el mando a distancia, la tapa del wc que se movia.

Only issue was the desk staff. Rude and always on the phone - felt as though I was interrupting his personal time.

The location is just off the main square. It's also within a short walking distance of the beach, bus station, harbour, and many attractions. The room was spacious with a twin bed tv, desk, and ample closet space. There were a sufficient number of powerpoints. The private bathroom was clean and had a powerful shower. The balcony was a julienne balcony. The noise from one of the local bars was loud even with the windows shut. In the hotels defence, the windows shut out a lot of noise, but the compare must have had their Mike turned up very loud.

Upsides - The rooms were kept clean. Amenities in room were fine. However - no mirror in room, no hooks for coats etc, few hangers in wardrobe, no bedside lamps. We only had one plastic mug in the room. The fridge was quite noisy and needed defrosting. First room was so hot and small we asked to move and were given a bigger room with more windows but it was very noisy from the general street noise. Ear plugs were essential. No kettle. There was a drinks machine which we didn’t attemptto use as it seemed to need some cash. We found, but were not shown, the upper floor with communal area and kitchen. No facilities, mugs, glasses etc, few chairs. The microwave stank. The terrace was a big empty patch of plastic grass, two tables and a few dead plants. Whole place seemed unloved, needs a bit of money spent to offer the basic welcoming touches. There was somone painting and repairing the downstairs area, we saw more of him than the reception staff. Position was great though in a lovely resort.
