This is such a lovely family-run hotel. We stayed for four nights and it was great. The people who own the hotel as well as the cleaner are absolutely lovely. The hotel is located a short walk from the main town, just 15 minutes, as well as a 15 minute walk from the main beaches. The hotel is lovely and clean, there are also two cute and friendly cats who live here. The family even gave us fresh fruit from their tree - I couldn’t recommend enough.

服务很好，早餐不错。床具从下往上説床垫太软，不解乏，铺的东西太容易滑动，在床单下面搓起一道道棱。盖的是布单上面有个不知道是个啥的稍微厚一点的单子，涩涩扎扎的，不舒服，床对旅行者来説是解除疲劳的重要一环。房间忘了拍照片了，衞生间大小合适，完全有条件把淋浴房放大10厘米，就不至于在里面左右碰撞。空调热水都很好。对工作人员及保洁人员的努力表示感谢！

Albergo molto pulito , con ottima Spa. Il titolare cortese e preparato, personale giovane della reception poco rispettoso. Cucina discreta, ma sono prevalse da parte dello chef poco disponibilità, rigidità, e mancanze relazionali sgradevoli sino a diventare offensive.

The owners are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to help and please you. Very spacious and airy rooms, with large balcony. Nice breakfast. Free parking on the ground. Location: along the high road to Butrint, it is the last place on the left before leaving Ksamil. Next is a bus depot, which you don’t hear at any time. It’s the mosquito season, so be prepared. Congratulations for the hotel owners, who do such a good job!
