Our room was great but it was next to the elevator pump. It was the best shower we've had in ou 8 days here so far. The food was good. But when we tried to exchange our money they wanted 15%. ATMs are cheaper.

La réception est très jolie, avec une décoration marocaine typique et des affiches de films tournés dans la région, ce qui donne du charme. L’accueil est correct et cordial. Notre chambre au 3? étage était propre et simple, avec vue sur la route (bruyante la nuit). La salle de bain, en revanche, est vétuste et la plomberie capricieuse. La piscine extérieure est un vrai atout : agréable, bien entretenue, avec bar proposant même de la bière . L’h?tel est bien situé : à 5 minutes de la place du marché et à 20 minutes à pied du musée du cinéma. Le repas en demi-pension était basique, avec un menu imposé. Les entrées étaient correctes, le poulet grillé très bon, mais le dessert décevant (melon pas m?r). Dommage aussi qu’aucune flexibilité ne soit proposée pour changer de plat. La nuit a été mitigée : j’ai bien dormi mais mon conjoint a été gêné par le bruit. Plus gênant encore, notre chambre a été ouverte par erreur par d’autres clients, signe que les cartes magnétiques fonctionnent sur plusieurs portes — un vrai souci de sécurité. En résumé : un h?tel correct avec une belle réception, une piscine agréable et un bon emplacement. à améliorer : la salle de bain, le bruit c?té route, la flexibilité au restaurant et surtout la sécurité des cartes de chambre. Bien pour un court séjour.

Hier is een nette en duidelijke review die je kunt plaatsen: De kamers in dit hotel waren schoon en wij hadden het geluk een gerenoveerde badkamer te hebben, wat erg prettig was. Helaas liet de service bij het zwembad te wensen over; we moesten telkens zelf aangeven dat we iets wilden bestellen, wat de ontspanning wat verstoorde. Daarnaast hing er rondom het hotel en bij de ingang een onaangename geur, wat jammer was voor de algehele indruk. Het stadje zelf is daarentegen erg vriendelijk en leuk om te bezoeken. Een aanrader is een bezoek aan de Oscar Studio’s — dat was een verrassend leuk. Sluit af met een cappuccino (een NosNos) in het Oscar hotel direct naast de studio: heerlijk!

You know things aren't going to go well when there are no towels in the room and no power. They sent a man up who flipped a switch on the circuit breaker in the closet and then there was light. While waiting for towels, my friend read some of the posted reviews. One, from 2023, talked about their room key opening multiple rooms. This is 2025 and just for fun I thought lets see if I can open multiple rooms on the 2nd floor. I scanned my room key and guest room after guest room opened for me. Lots of yelling between staff at the front desk when I went down and appraised them of this problem. Our towels didn't arrive until four hours later, after I had placed a call to Exoticca, who had booked this tour. However, that gave me plenty of time to study the threadbare area rugs on the floor. They should just get rid of them. Pluses: they do serve beer and alcohol, breakfast buffet has an omelet bar.

Quite a reasonable hotel for a Moroccan 3*. As expected, or better, in most areas and staff helpful and friendly. Had one of the suites so plenty of room. Furnishings a bit tired and food the usual Moroccan buffet service, but, all as expected ??

Mooi gelegen hotel, kamers waren slecht onderhouden, van kamer veranderd. Ontbijt was prima, zwembad was vies. Technici gingen terwijl de gasten aan het zonnen waren reparaties uitvoeren. Bediening vriendelijk, bier tegen goede prijs te krijgen

We were 2 couples, 2 rooms for one night. As hotels in the area go, this was okay. It was simply convenient for us driving from Merzouga to Marrakech. Hotel is dated but clean. There are plenty of restaurant choices in the area. Good for an overnight.

Belle infrastructure et très bien situé mais...... Aucune insonorisation. On a l impression que les fenêtres sont ouvertes, quand on allume la lumière de la salle de bain, ?a déclenche une Vmc qui fait un bruit de moteur V8! Le personnel reste sympathique et professionnel, belle piscine non chauffée. Pour la nourriture, peut mieux faire ....

Cute little hotel with a real Marrocain feel, the room was clean and free of Mold, a rarity in this country I quickly discovered. Staff was friendly, food was excellent and I appreciated the fact that the buffet was not self served, therefore didn't have to worry about tourist sneezing all over the food. Only con during my stay was that I was refused an additional towel by the front desk stating that all towels were distributed to the guests and they had no extra one. Sounds like the young lady at the front desk was merely lazy and did not want to get it herself, I highly doubt there wasn't an extra towel on site at 10 pm.

We stayed for just one night on an eight day Morocco tour. Our room was large but with dated old dark furniture. The bed was comfortable. There was a limited choice buffet meal included and breakfast choice the worst on our trip, but OK if you liked cake. I did get a beer with diner so that was a bonus.
