Cuando uno opina sobre la estancia en un hotel tiene que tener claro lo que recibe y, sobre todo, lo que paga. A nadie le ponen para desayunar caviar por 40€ la noche, y quejarse por ello sería de necios. Dicho lo cual debo decir que por lo pagado en este hotel, y lo recibido, le daría un notable. Primero limpio, que es lo mínimo que se puede exigir por muy barato que sea. El personal muy, muy atento. Profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. El tan criticado desayuno a mi me pareció correcto. Con un comedor peque?o pero muy tranquilo. La habitación correcta. La ubicación no me pareció tan mala. Muy cerca está la línea de metro. Cuando uno va a Roma ya sabe que toca andar. Y si no el transporte urbano. Mis felicitaciones. Y si vuelvo a Roma no me importaría repetir.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Die Lage war super und ?ffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut erreichbar.
Leider war das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber und durch die Lage an einer Kreuzung sehr laut.

Хороший отель для недолгой остановки. Удобно расположен. Транспорт, кафе, магазины и достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Номера небольшие и достаточно скромные, но всё чисто и аккуратно. Очень приветливые работники ресепшен. Завтрак - выпечка, йогурт, яйца, сыр, колбаса, фрукты и что очень приятно- вкусный кофе! И даже варят неплохой капучино без дополнительной платы!

Lets start with the staff. They are wonderful. Marco and the lady at reception arranged my transports from the cruise terminal and other taxi bookings. This hotel was booked by my Cruise consultant . The hotel is hard to find on your own. It has no front facing sign but a small plaque on the wall. To get inside the hotel after say 5 pm you need to ring the bell and wait. The inside of the hotel is spotless and very well organized. The breakfast is the most basic one I have ever had. I don't think they have a kitchen so its bread rolls, slices of cheese ham and turkey. Some tubs of yoghurt , juice and a few oranges. Forget eggs and anything hot!! The building sits on Roman foundations dating back to 52AD. As you see on the main photo the walls and area around is painted with graffiti. There is nothing around this and seems unsafe to walk at night. Rome has lots of exiting hotels and this is a location I will not pick. I will not be using this hotel again - based on location. But again they have wonderful staff.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Latinum. Staff was awesome in everyway. They explained the area, where to go and what public transportation to use. From the Italian espresso, to the rooftop sitting area, we just were happy with the service. The breakfast was on point, simple but filling. Our room was clean, baby crib available when we needed it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. Public transport is just outside the hotel. The only downside is the noise, due to it's location (right neck to busy streets), but it wasn't loud enough that we couldn't sleep. More like traffic white noise?
Big shout-out for Fabio, who was a pleasure to meet!

15 minute walk to Rome Termini and 10 minutes to nearest subway stations. In fact even the Coloseum is within walking distance (30 minutes).
Nice friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast nice (continental).

The staff at Hotel Latinum was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and just the right amount of space.

Hosts are very accommodating and supportive. Family member lost her wallet/visa and they helped to call the Police to inquire what to do. Kudos to Hotel Latinum. Thank you very much
