Struttura elegante ma con arredi e sopratutto bagno fatiscente, ancora solo con la vasca da bagno con la tenda di plastica e la pipetta niente soffione . Nessuna luce nello specchio per farsi la barba , prese vicino ai comodini inaccessibili, per caricare i miei device ho dovuto spostare fisicamente il comodino e togliere la spina del lume.

It’s a lovely hotel with good location, although a little bit dated and could do with a refurbishment. The rooms are however very comfortable. The cost for breakfast I thought was very high at approximately 40 euros per person. I opted to walk around the corner and get coffee

I would avoid to book at this hotel, we were stayed to planned trip for our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday celebration,so I pre booked with this hotel and booked a superior room. I have informed this to hotel beforehand that it is a special occasion via email and they acknowledged this but their services was really bad. Superior room did not look superior at all. Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. There was only one bath towel in the room despite the room was booked for a couple, they only provide 2 small bottles of water per day. They did not accommodate us to check in early even though they were aware it is a special occasion visit. I prepaid for the hotel book still they took €100 deposit and upon checking out they took €20 claiming as local taxes and none other hotels in the area charge this.

Everything is good, we stayed for a night and it was good. Rooms are big and staff is helpful

Great location, super close to the metro station which takes approx. 15 minutes into the city centre. The hotel staff were also very attentive and friendly and very efficient during check-in / out. Rooms are a bit dated, but it is part of the renaissance style so more of a subjective opinion. The only thing that let the hotel down was the fact that it states on their website that they have a spa. On check-in I was advised it doesn’t exist anymore due to the pandemic? They need to update their website to reflect this!
