AC not working - water leak in bathroom - electrical outlets and ceiling lights broken - not acceptable for a 4 star rated hotel

Our stay was almost perfect. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately we stayed during the annual cultural festival and some of the performers decided to celebrate about 100 metres away from the hotel, singing and playing a trumpet until after 1.00am. Apart from that, which had nothing to do with the hotel, I couldn’t fault the hotel.

Great place to stay if you arrive by ferry

Try a different place. This is not a four star hotel. Mattress terrible, no tea or coffee or kettle. No curtain or blind on WC - used towel to hide from neighbours balcony. Noisy aircon. A lift to fit two persons only so most guests have to lug their bags upstairs. Location is the only thing this hotel has got.

Passable, mais trop cher pour la qualité La chambre, le lit, les draps, les serviettes impeccables. Chambre minuscule. Administration bizarrement incompétent mais sympathique. Emplacement pratique, bon wifi dans la chambre, sauf après minuit. Ambiance générale bas de gamme. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

ótima localiza??o e custo benefício! O hotel é um pouco antigo porém super bem localizado e o café da manh? muito bom. Foi uma estadia muito tranquila, voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

hotel molto carino hall bella curata e molto fine… camera spaziosa e molto carina, colazione nella media essendo italiana non amo il salato al mattino e di dolce c’è poco scelta e non di alta qualità. la pecca più grande purtroppo è che in camera non c’è molta pulizia soprattutto in bagno, peccato perché per il posto in cui si trova potrebbe essere un 5 stelle a tutti gli effetti

Good value Nice hotel close to Port, shops and restaurants. Helpful staff. Small shower recess but overall good value. Breakfast good enough.
