L’h?tel est très bien situé, vraiment agréable et à bon prix. Le personnel est accueillant et gentil. Tout est confortable. Le seul point négatif est le bruit des restaurants et du bar situés juste sous la fenêtre de la chambre. Les gens parlent fort jusqu’à 1 heure du matin et les fenêtres ne sont aucunement isolées.

Nice little hotel, close to Piazza San Marcos, though not too close to exit the hotel into a sea of people walking. The Alilaguna and vaporetto stations are about 5 minutes walking.
We had a wonderful stay. The staff members were extremely nice and accomodating. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and we slept well. The rooms are small, but normal for this city.

The hotel was in an excellent location and the availability of an elevator was very helpful. The room was clean but the bathroom fan wasn’t working and the faucet for filling the bath was also not working. The breakfast was nice but had one attendant not paying enough attention, busy chatting with another worker.

Good location, nice & clean room, friendly staff. I had a good sleep in the hotel and a good trip in Venice. Thank you.

Nice room. A little bit dated but still nice. Good service. Air condition is on "Hot" mode (8th April) but the room extremely hot , the only option to cool the room is just by opening the windows, but you need to consider mosquitos....
Good breakfast. Many choises.
The hotel is located very close to san marco square.
If you arrive from the airport take alilaguna service and get off at San Zaccaria terminal. 2 minutes walk to the hotel. Excellent way to arrive to the hotel.
There is free coffee and cookies , water and juice from noon. This is lovely !!
There is elevators to the upper floor.
To summarize, nice hotel in very good location.
