Staff was very helpful for what you need. Room was perfect and clean. Nearby restaurants and club. And in the room is quiet. You dont here the noise outside.

Room was tired but bedding clean. Breakfast was very good and plenty. Very close to the cathedral and town. Receptionist could have been friendlier when arrived but other staff good. All in all for what we paid it was good

Clean but needs an upgrade, otherwise very enjoyable, staff where very polite, very nice breakfast.

The room was clean. The shower left a lot of water on the floor requiring it to be moped up using towels. Some of the bedding was a bit tired.

Lovely staff, nice breakfast, great location and easy parking.
Decor is a bit tired and bed wasn’t very comfy. They are currently fixing the lift so maybe that’s the start of a refurb.
Overall, not sure it was great value for money but a decent place to stay for a night.

The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The process was quite easy: they billed us the first day, and we only paid for the mini-bar at check-out. No deposit or other hassles.

Shower drain blocked - we unblocked it.
Hot water took a while to come through.
Bit tatty round the edges.

The location was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, and pretty much everything was available gluten free. The room was spacious, but looking a little tired and in need of some tlc.
