Clean room and good location. Checkin was horrendous and there is absolutely no parking even off season. And no public transport Only 6 rooms have a view - the rest are utterly depressing g

We are sorry for what happened during check-in. There was an issue with your reservation, and we tried to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that you booked the economy option; we also offer rooms with views. There is plenty of free parking available on the streets behind the hotel. Perhaps on another occasion, you could approach the reception for more information instead of making assumptions.Kind regards,

When we arrived at Barcelona Airport, we unfortunately had our hand luggage and handbag stolen at the car hire centre. I contacted Hotel Llafranc immediately to explain what had happened and they told us to get to the hotel when we could (after filling out police reports etc). When we arrived the owner, Jose-Maria, took us to one side and gave us a drink and something to eat and could not have been more helpful. During our stay the staff were extremely kind and helpful which is exactly what we needed in our time of need! We have been visiting this hotel over 20 years and it just does not disappoint. It has a great atmosphere and the food is excellent in the hotel. The food in their other local restaurants do not disappoint either. We upgraded to a premier room on the top floor with the most fabulous views.... definitely worth it!

Céntrico hotel renovado, la habitación está bien y muy limpia. El ba?o correcto. En el hotel te prestan sillas y sombrilla para la playa. Mi único pero está en el personal. Las diferentes personas de recepción no eran nada amables, estaban siempre muy estresadas, contestaban mal a cualquier pregunta, con pocas ganas de trabajar, tendrían que mirar mejor a quién ponen de cara al público, a mi opinión no estaban a la altura.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l h?tel Llafranch début juin. Arrivés à 13h, mon mari me dépose devant l h?tel pour demander à la réception où était le parking. La jeune femme m a accueilli sans un sourire, je savais que la chambre ne serait disponible qu à partir de 14 h mais nous souhaitions juste garer notre voiture et déjeuner au restaurant de l h?tel . J ai alluciné quand elle m a répondu sèchement que nous devions nous garer dans une rue (autant vous dire impossible) et revenir à 14h pour aller se garer au parking payant de l h?tel 22€ par jour! Début juin,le nombre de touristes à Llafranch n est pas important. Elle ne voulait pas en démordre. Je me suis fachée et elle m a indiqué l adresse du parking, je suis sortie en colère d être si mal accueillie, mon mari y est allé et a obtenu le bip ouvrant le parking. Maintenant parlons de la chambre, j avais réservé la veille , j ai pris la chambre à 122 € ,c était marqué Intérieur. Je pensais que la chambre allait donner sur une rue peut-être pas très jolie mais nous restions qu une seule nuit. On découvre une chambre ou plut?t un clapier! La petite fenêtre donne sur un puits de lumière d environ 1m50, un trou, vue Intérieur !incroyable de louer un truc pareil à ce prix! C est honteux, impression de claustrophobie et nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre en face,le trou fait caisse de résonance. Les autres chambres donnant sur la mer ou sur la rue sont s?rement agréables mais faites attention si vous voyez dans l annonce : vue Intérieur. Très mauvais accueil + chambre clapier+prix excessif pour le parking = aller dans un autre h?tel.

En Enero, hotel tranquilo, limpio, con balcón vista al mar, en primera línea. Calentador de agua para hacerte un te o café. Ascensor Desayuno estupendo con excelente tortilla de patatas En el hotel hay un restaurante con un arroz caldoso buenísimo.
