Cet h?tel est bien situé, la vue est magnifique, le lit est confortable et la chambre est propre. L’équipe est vraiment très accueillante et attachante, toujours avec le sourire et à l’écoute. Le parking est un sacré plus compte tenu de la rareté des places pour se garer à Sète. Merci beaucoup nous reviendrons
Nicely situated on the quayside but to appreciate the view you have to pay rather a large premium for a quayside room. Some of the reception and other staff are very welcoming. Electric troubles couldn't be fixed on our day of arrival, which was a Sunday. Our room overlooked the backs of other builldings and. although not very big, had a good modern shower room and a separate WC. Comfortable bed and good TV.
Fabulous location right on the busy harbour, lots of comings and goings. Hotel looks good from the outside with a small terrace. Reception is very nice and staff are super friendly and efficient...not always our experience in France! Room is pleasant but not luxurious, bed v comfy, bathroom perfectly ok. Safe bike storage in large garage. I would stay here anytime, everything clean and nicely presented.

Overall, this hotel was a disappointment. It’s difficult to see how the owners consider it to be a “boutique” hotel and it’s not cheap. The reception staff were extremely helpful, the room was comfortable and the canal view was exceptional. Parking in the basement is limited and tricky to access but the staff were very helpful. We knew that there was no evening restaurant but again staff were helpful, there are many other restaurants nearby and their recommendation proved to be very good. The absence of any sense of luxury in the hotel was compounded by a breakfast that was an insult to French cuisine. In a town that is packed with excellent, fresh local produce how can this hotel provide an almost entirely pre-packaged selection of factory-processed foods ? Even the breakfast roll was of doubtful provenance. We won’t be returning but Sete is lovely and the nearby Grand Hotel looks like a much better bet for our next visit.
Fantastic location, close to everything. You can walk to all restaurants along the canals. All shopping is nearby. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Loved their simple fresh hotel breakfast every morning. Super clean rooms. Whimsical artwork throughout. Highly recommend.
Whilst the hotel is well situated and the room was very comfortable I found the customer service some what lacking. We made 2 requests at reception and the staff response both times was unhelpful and almost rude. One request was to get 2 replacement paper cups for our room as housekeeping had not done this. The first response was they didn’t have any, then begrudgingly she went and found 2. I am glad I didn’t ask them to refill the empty soap dispenser in the bathroom, can’t imagine what the response would have been then. Our French is very basic, and when we made requests they only spoke to us in French, however when we were checking out the English was quite good to tell us how much we owed. We were thinking of extending our stay but changed our mind after the poor service.
One night here. Really friendly, super helpful staff. Room was OK, bathroom a little dated and the bath plug was broken, thus no bath, shower only. There was some confusion over breakfast, I think one has to book by 1800 the previous day, which we did not, but might be mistaken. Great location, really handy. Parking a real problem in Sete so do pay the additional €25 to book a spot in the hotel garage.
Great location and although the parking was extra it was very convenient. Lovely reception staff who were really helpful. The hotel location was superb with access to the various restaurants and shops minutes away. Our room was at the ba k of the hotel but it was quiet and the bed was comfortable so we slept well. The room was basic but absolutely fine as the price was excellent for the location. It was very clean.
Well situated on the banks with just stunning view, but not all their room have the view ! All the restaurants around, walk in the cit easily. The staff was kind, the room spacious bit oldish, need to renew their furniture, the bedding was very good ! Otherwise we did really enjoy our stay! Discovered a beautiful city !
