Es war einfach perfekt! Das Zimmer war wundersch?n (ich empfehle definitiv das Zimmer mit eigener Sauna), die Angestellten immer freundlich und das Essen war sowohl zum Frühstück als auch abends hervorragend. Aktuell gibt es einige Bauarbeiten im Hotel, aber die haben uns nie gest?rt und das Hotel wird dadurch für zukünftige G?ste nur noch sch?ner. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Stayed here for one night 2/10/2017 in room 206 and from checking in to checking out everything was excellent. Staff spoke good English and rooms were immaculate. Food was absolutely fantastic ( see restaurant review). Will definitely be staying here again when working in area.

My family and I stayed here for two nights the weekend prior to Christmas to enjoy the market in nearby Bressanone. We stayed in an apartment and loved all the room. When you travel with small children, the more room, the better. I enjoyed having all the amenities of home such as a kitchen and all the utensils needed to prepare things if I needed to. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. We enjoyed the restaurant very much and ate there both nights of our stay. Our particular waitress took care of both nights and treated my children with much love and attention (something very important to me). We did not get to use the spa or pool facilities do to the limited time we had to spend. If you are planning on visiting the Christmas market in Bressanone, it is about a 20-25 minute walk to the center along a gorgeous bicycle path. The experience was wonderful and the staff was extremely helpful in getting us situated to do the things we wanted to do. My only complaint is the price. It was a bit over-priced regardless of how much room we had. Our breakfast was suppose to be included in our price but when we check in, I was informed it was. I think for such a high price, breakfast should be included.

Driving home from our roadtrip through Italy, it was just by chance that we stayed in this hotel. We booked a room with a balcony and the view was awesome! The room was spacious with a big sofa and has all the favorable amenities we want in a hotel. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We would love to stay in this hotel again when we explore Varna in the summer.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel di Bressanone, arrivati in hotel ci hanno accolto con molta gentilezza e simpatia! Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene, centro benessere ottimo e con piscina interna, colazione a buffet ottima con molta scelta! Ci torneremo! molto consigliato!!!!!

Lo utilizzo sempre come base quando sono in sudtirol per lavoro. Recentemente hanno rifatto completamente la reception, in stile moderno con ampi spazi per la conversazione e il relax. C'è anche un ottimo ristorante, ma lo recensisco a parte. Colazione continentale con tutto quello che serve.

Avons passé en couple 5 nuits dans cet h?tel au charme typiquement tyrolien du sud. Dès notre arrivée, la responsable de l'accueil nous fait l'amabilité d'un sourire et ses conseils avisés nous mettent immédiatement à l'aise. Les petits déjeuners, copieux et variés, nous ont mis en joie cha- que matin et que dire des repas du soir : excellents, suffisants, bien présentés et servis avec le sourire... toujours ce sourire qui manque tant en bien d'autres endroits !! Avons beaucoup appré- cié la carte du menu journalier, la pensée du jour, la décoration et les propositions de vins pou- vant accompagner les repas. Le vin rouge Lagrein fut particulièrement riche d'enseignements. Enfin, à nos retour de promenade journalière, soit à l'heure de l'apéro, toujours la même convivialité de la part d'un personnel aimable et souriant. Cerise sur le gateau les espaces wellness en plein air et en sous-sol. Ce dernier, avec sa piscine dans grotte nous a beaucoup plu. A recommander sans modération et à retenir lors d'un prochain passage au Tyrol du Sud.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura per una note, durante un weekend a Bressanone. La posizione dell’hotel e’ comodissima per raggiungere il centro della citta’ (2 minuti di macchina) e la zona e’ molto tranquilla e residenziale. L’hotel e’ dotato di tutti i comfort, una terrazza all’aperto dove e’ possibile fare un aperitivo o cenare, una piscina esterna e una interna, una zona spa e uno shop con alcuni prodotti tipici- l’arredamento e’ molto curato e moderno. Anche la camera era molto accogliente, abbiamo chiesto di avere quella mansardata in legno, in stile perfettamente tirolese , con balconcino che dava sulle montagne. Nel nostro soggiorno avevamo inclusa anche la colazione, davvero ottima e ricca- diverse tipologie di affettati e pane di vario tipo, uova, yogurt, marmellate, cereali, frutta fresca e secca, croissant,dolci tipici e tanto ancora, per accontentare tutti i palati. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno in Alto Adige.

Al ceck- in la signorina è stata cordiale e gentile, ho subito, nonostante la tarda ora, prenotato un massaggio. Confermato, una pacchia. Buona colazione a buffet con ampia scelta e orario "lungo" (fino alle 10,30). Hotel in comoda posizione vicino al paese e anche all'abbazia di Novacella. Comodo parcheggio esterno e garage interrato. Graziosa piscina esterna. Da segnalare i servizi offerti gratuitamente. In camera tutto ok, un'accoglienza fantastica e la cena.??? Davvero una fantastica cena con amici, un servizio impeccabile ed una cucina davvero "eccezionale". ritornerò presto, spero, con grandissimo piacere.
