The owner is a gem! He felt like family. The location a stone’s throw from the train station was super-convenient. The biggest drawback was the lack of air conditioning. The weather during our stay was very hot, and our room was a bit like a sauna. Afternoons and evenings were pretty rough — had to stay hydrated.

It was so loud at night, people screaming and felt so unsafe . I cannot sleep at night.
Food was very few ,as there were no salat and nothing . only brot,kase, butter , salami.
I spend 318euro, which is a pretty decent amount for 3 nights. I have to ask him for eggs day 1. No fruits or vegetables at all. Day 3 no vollkorn brot at all.
Everytime you go out you need to give the key at reception which felt diaturbing. I never heard any Hotel saying you are not allowed to eat and drink in room. But here it was like that.
Lack of ventilation and in june the room was so hot.
When we ask anything he says i paid directly to any booking agency through online and he is getting only some money from that.

Gran sorpresa al llegar y ver qué estaba pegado literalmente a la vía del tren, y sobre todo cuando te indican que el ascensor no funciona y te dan una habitación en el último piso y ninguna posibilidad de ayuda para subir el equipaje de 20kg. Indicaron que habían llamado al técnico pero a la ma?ana siguiente, seguía sin funcionar el ascensor, porque el técnico no había venido o no había sido llamado. Se le solicita a la persona de recepción hablar con su jefe y dice que no puede llamarlo, por lo que se le pide una hoja de reclamaciones e indican que en Alemania no hay, que mande un mail a la atención del director, pero ninguna ayuda para mover el equipaje ni descuento en la habitación al faltar uno de los servicios indispensables. Habitación y desayuno aceptables. La cama vibra cuando pasan los trenes al lado y sin tapones para los oídos es imposible dormir. No volveremos. Inaceptable.

Trotz gekipptem Fenster war es stickig im Zimmer!
Fernsehen ist leider auch nicht mehr brauchbar!
Der Bildschirm ist milchig!

跟同事两人住的双床房，房间就在火车站铁轨旁边，稍微有点噪音，酒店窗户的隔音还是不错的。
酒店前台小哥服务态度不错，交代的事情很具体，开发票，换房间操作都很麻溜，早餐虽然没有大鱼大肉，但是还是很丰富的，正常的欧式早餐搭配。

Für meinen kurz Aufenthalt in Mainz genau das richtige, suber und freundlich, mehr ben?tige ich nicht für meine übernachtungen nicht.

If you want a luxury resort, this isn't your place. If you want a safe, quiet, clean, and above all convenient place to sleep, this is it. Just steps away from the train station, beautiful central Mainz is very walkable from here. It's a small place with personal service. If I ever get a chance to go back, I'll certainly stay there again. Mainz is beautiful, by the way.
