This was my second time in Hotel Marmore. The atmosphere, the location, the rooms.. I really like this place. I wouldn't be surprised if I would go again. According to my kids, they serve the best hot chocolate in the whole world. This year we tried the help board option and that wasn't ok but not great. So, I think next time I go I will opt for bed and breakfast again since there are so many nice eating options in town.

A perfect stay - everything was exceptional - the rooms were perfect, the dinners were amazing value on the half board basis and breakfast was extremely generous with everything you could want. The location could not have been better with a one minute walk to the slopes.. an amazing few days !

Ho soggiornato a metà novembre in questo hotel storico recentemente rinnovato. Posizione eccellente nel centro del paese a pochi passi dagli impianti. Personale molto cordiale e ambiente con flare anni 70 ma attualizzato, davvero accogliente. Bellissime le foto delle celebrità passate da qui come il Duca bianco David Bowie. Tanto legno che da calore anche nelle camere rinnovate con bello stile montano. La nostra era all'ultimo piano con 2 balconcini con vista verso le piste, un bel letto king size e 2 letti a castello. Bagno moderno molto funzionale. Cena di alto livello a 5 portate. Sala da pranzo forse un po' fredda ma ci può stare a inizio stagione. Molto comoda e ampia la skistall e bel locale per aperitivi sempre di proprietà di fronte alla struttura. Unica pecca non c'è parcheggio essendo in centro e non c'era la navetta per raggiungere l'impianto che porta a Plan Maison ma normalmente non serve quando in piena stagione sono aperte le seggiovie del paese. Complessivamente ottimo anche come rapporto col prezzo.

O quarto muito confortável. Limpeza diária. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Café da manh? e jantar muito bons, o restaurante sempre impecável. Havia uma funcionaria chamada Zneb que foi super atenciosa conosco.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo hotel situato nella via principale di Cervina, a due passi da un impianto di risalita e dai vari sentieri che raggiungono la vetta. A soli 4 minuti di auto si puo’ poi visitare il famoso Lago Blu. Le stanze dell’hotel sono grandi e pulite, dotate di ogni comfort per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Cortesia e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff, dagli addetti alla reception al personale di sala. Molto buona e variegata la colazione con ampia scelta sia per il dolce che per il salato. Noi avevamo la formula della mezza pensione: ogni sera era presente un ricco buffet di antipasti e poi primi e secondi cambiavano ogni giorno. Esperienza sicuramente positiva, albergo consigliato.

A very nice hotel with incredibly poor service. There were problems with orders in the main restaurant. The waiters did not take our order until we went to remind them separately. The orders were wrong and the customers were "served" without any order. The bar staff at Casa Montana restaurant was also rude and uninterested. All in all, a bad experience.

All good except for massive noise from the ongoing event during night time. Also, the cleaning crew did not help when knocking on the door before 07.30. Other than this: happy go lucky!
