The elevator was not working so it was very difficult to get suitcases up and down many flights of stairs. Also difficult when coming and going. When reading previous reviews it seemed that it was temporary, however months later the same issue. Honesty is best policy. If the elevator never works just say so. A friend is going to stay there soon, so will see if the issue has been resolved.

Hotel very clean and well looked after.
However it needs to be honest and say it is on the 4th floor with no lift.

The staff was super nice, the restaurant next to the hotel is amazing the food and the drinks.

The Elevator doesn't work and apparently hasn't for years, but they will let you know right before your trip. I didn't see the message in time to cancel. If we didn't have a lot of heavy luggage, this would not have mattered so much. The location is great. I just wish I had found out about the elevator sooner.

The property is great value and staff very friendly. The problem is that the lift doesn't work. BE WARNED ABOUT THIS. It says 4th floor but with the amazing high ceiling in Italy it's more the 8th floor. If I was in my twenties I would relish the challenge of carrying 3 x 25 kgs bags up 8 flights of stairs. In my fifties (and fit playing 3 or more games of tennis every week and gym work) it is horrendous. Shame. Nice staff , ok cheap accommodation but pay a bit more unless you are into Iron Man's.

Es war sehr angenehm. Hervorzuheben ist Bobby von der Rezeption. Er ist super lieb! Der Aufzug war leider kaputt somit mussten wir in den 4 Stock laufen. Aber das Hotel ist sehr zentral und auch mit den Bissen kommt man überall sehr gut hin. Bars und auch Einkaufsm?glichkeiten sind direkt in der N?he und fussl?ufig zu erreichen.
