The accommodation was good, but the room wasn't cleaned after one day, and there was no luggage service.

This is my third time staying at Mezzo hotel. And we booked the Barkada room. It’s so spacious with 10 beds. And what I love most is there are 2 toilets.that’s why I always book this room. The only thing lacking is a coffee table and chair. It would be nice if they could put it in the room.

??Location: good if you are shopping to Ayala or SM, accessible to both
?Food: not so good choices. Also I booked 1 adult then 2kids. In other hotels, Seda, Parklane, Shangri-La, they don't let me add an additional fee as the breakfast is already good for two adults so the 2 kids are good as 1 adult. But here, I have to add payment. Also, on our 2nd day, a group went down at 7am for breakfast, apparently few food left.
?Service: I asked for a room service as their vault is not functioning. Called 5x but its been more than 2 hrs and no one came. Handsoap (refilled) is empty. No bathroom tissues either which is essential as I have kids.
?Security: I think its not 24/7 as no one manned the entrance during day time. High possibility of outsiders to get inside the hotel.

A pleasant enough hotel, the rooms are large and well cleaned. The bathrooms are a little dated, but large with great water pressure. The staff are great, pleasant, friendly, courteous and professional. The buffet breakfasts is plentiful and varied and good value for money. Location is good, close to a few bars and restaurants and only a short taxi ride from the malls and many other bars.
Overall well worth the money to stay.

Everything almost perfect, but the noise is unbearable, prolly we booked at time where christmas parties and events are rampant, also, no slippers provided. These are minute details we find bothersome.

third or fourth time staying in this hotel and always satisfied. its rare to find a place in Cebu City with a bathtub and i like that they have it for all the room types we tried so far. the hairdrier wasnt working when we came though and there are some minor stains on the sheets, maybe because we checked in late at night. they should've been more prepared though. but despite this, overall experience was great.
