The room is clean and tidy…toilet is super clean…location is great to acces any attraction and walkable…there is halal restaurant nearby…

Location is couple of bus stops from roma termini. Room is small and old but still acceptable for cleanliness. There is a small and old working elevator. However, a light bulb dropped in the middle of the night and luckily was cushioned by my luggage, otherwise we could have been injured by the broken shards. Informed the counter, and they didnt apologise. Only replaced the bulb and didnt even clear the dropped light bulb from the room. They also didn't give us new cups for the 2nd night. They also threw away 1 of my personal hair conditioner bottle caps.

绝佳的地理位置，就在民族大街，对面是maxmara，最近的地铁站是共和国广场，走火车站走过来20分钟左右，两道安全门，24小时前台，房间mini，放了旅行箱几乎无法转身，但一个人住也够了！

衞生4.8分；环境4.0分【房间紧临街道，噪音影响注意】；服务4.5分；设施3.8分【房间面积小，床太窄】。总体感觉还是可以。一个有历史感的，传统的酒店。

真的很推荐这家，太有罗马的感觉了。
设施和衞生：这个酒店在一栋历史建筑里，新装修过，虽然看起来很有年头但是真的很乾净！出乎意料的乾净，尤其是衞生间！窗户是个飘窗，有扩展空间。双层玻璃很安静。
环境：在民族大街上，距离特米尼车站步行15分钟左右，距离地铁站步行7分钟左右，距离罗马斗兽场步行15-20分钟左右，距离许愿池步行15分钟左右，距离万神庙2公里，这个位置真的真的很方便。附近很多商店，有pam超市和药粧店营业到很晚。
服务：服务很好，遇到情况响应很及时。

位置特别好，去哪里都方便，地铁也方便，周边餐馆也多，旁边还有超市，离火车站也近。

乾净，安静，交通便利，靠近火车站，步行即可到达景点。酒店前台员工服务态度好，可以免费寄存行李，早餐很不错。

The hotel is an 88 room 3 star, which we booked on a half board tariff, the Miami is the by far cleanest hotel we have stayed in (we usually stay in all inclusive 4 star hotels) with friendly staff in all departments (reception, restaurant, bar and cleaning) A lot of people have complained about the food in the reviews, we found it quite adequate, remember this is a half board so you are provided with a set menu of Italian cuisine (surprise) a choice of starter, main course and dessert, there is also a small buffet of salad and bread as a prelude, there isn't the usual standard buffet piled high with chips and burgers, you do get a good choice at the breakfast buffet the usual full English (which as an Englishman I never have at home), toast and cereal, the staff are very helpful and sometimes too efficient, serving one course before you have finished the previous one. The rooms and the hotel and pool area in general are immaculate. The maids cleaned, tidied and put out new towels every day (except one day?) one note they will throw out anything that they think is rubbish whether it is in the bin or not, as mentioned the public areas are clean and well maintained especially the toilets. The hotel is well located one street back from the main strip, and about a 5 minute walk to the beach, the hotel has its own beach area with loungers, parasol and table, and is free for some residents if you booked through an agency (we weren't) but there are areas you can you sit, if you bring a towel. The Miami has a bus stop nearby to give easy access to the market and the ferry to Venice, (for some odd reason you have to purchase the bus tickets at a tobacconist) also which is not usually mentioned there is a €1.50 visitors tax per person per night.

The Miami is a fairly small basic hotel located in a very good position just five minutes from the beach. Still only three stars, many of the beach front hotels will cost you nearly double the Miami's prices. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Some people are disappointed with the food. We found it typically Italian/Mediterranean and of fairly good quality, but they don't pander to the British tastes or customs like a large international chain, the Spanish, or some other European countries do. Don't be put off by any bad food reviews, it was tasty, well presented and at the right temperature. If you like pasta, you can't go wrong. This is a quiet place; no entertainment, but as three stars go, very comfortable and well worth its rating. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel, a number five will take you to the port for the ferry to Venice, which is probably one of the most beautiful places in the world. We would happily go back again and recommend the place.
