I rented a room here because it was walking distance from the main train station. That was one of the few good points of this hotel. It was clean, but whatever cleaning products they used made the hotel smell like a converted hospital. The room was clean enough, but the toilet seat was broken and had been repaired with clear packing tape. The air conditioning either did not work or did not perform well. The window did open which increased noise but made the temperature bearable. It is located in what looks like a bit of a sketchy neighborhood. I ended up leaving before my stay was over and going to a different hotel. Unfortunately, I had prepaid for my stay, but I felt uncomfortable enough that I decided to eat the charges and left anyway. I do not recommend this hotel and I certainly do not recommend paying in advance for it because I think you too will decide to leave early.

L'Hotel si trova in una posizione molto, comoda vicino alla stazione centrale FS, raggiungibile a piedi. Il costo è contenuto considerando i servizi offerti. La camera è moderna, non c'è il bollitore. Il bagno è dotato di dispenser per le mani e bagnoschiuma. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

The staff are the joker in this hotel . I completely loved how cooperative and friendly they were . This goes hand in hand with the prime location right across the road from the milan main station where we took our train later to como . The metro is also like a 4 minutes walk from it . The views to the street were nice , they offered us complimentary breakfast and the room was more than enough for the four of u us

Non aspettatevi il Grand Hotel, ma per un breve soggiorno a Milano è accettabile. Vicino alla Stazione Centrale, l'accesso non è entusiasmante, ma , raggiunto l'hotel al quarto piano, l'ambiente diventa confortevole . Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile la camera discretamente accogliente e ordinata. Prezzo conveniente. Alla partenza ci è stata gentilmente offerta la colazione che, debbo dire, è stata superiore a quanto ci si potesse aspettare con una buona scelta di dolci freschi ecc.

Cozy, quiet, clean. A great place to crash, near the Central Station in Milan. All the basic facilities available: AC, free Wi-Fi, USB power sockets to charge your devices, cable TV, 24/7 reception available, warm and nice personnel. Additional breakfast available (extra fees applies). Overall, we felt just great to stay here during our trip to Milan.

very cozy and smart hotel equipped with all modern fornitures and services! staff was very kind and helpful they advised me the best restaurant and even checked for me the cheapest flights. breakfast was simple but good. I would surely return in the future！

The hotel is optimal for its location near the station, great service in the room and good breakfast. It was nice also that it was open 24/7 so I could enter even late at night! Staff was kind and helpful they indicated me the fastest way to the exposition.
