A lovely hotel with a decent choice of bars and restaurants. Nice grounds in the main although there was a little refurbishment work going on.
The staff were very pleasant and professional, especially in the Tortue bar and restaurant.

We booked the hotel last minute, which means we only had the choice of their last room available, a standard room.
Whilst the room was their cheapest, we were fine.
However, the rest of the hotel was faultless from arrival to leaving.The location of the hotel was probably the best location of all the hotels as it was near to everything that we required.

Clean room, nicevbut would have preferred a higher floor
Check in was a real bore, huge manual form, totally unnecessary when they could just have photocopied the passports like everywhere else!

Séjour très agréable, l’h?tel est proche de la plage et surveillé en permanence avec des agents de sécurité. Bien aménagé avec restaurant plage. Il y a aussi le restaurant la Tortue en soirée qui est plus intime avec son bar.
Personnel très poli, souriant.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.
Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und weitl?ufig . Sch?ne 3 pool , viele Liegen, eine sch?ne Beach Bar runden das Angebot ab. Was nicht toll war ist das Badezimmer
mit seiner Lamellentür. Es ist somit fast keine Privatsph?re vorhanden. Alle Ger?usche sind deutlich zu h?ren. Ebenso dringen Gerüche in das Zimmer. Das ist schon sehr unangenehm.

Frühstück l?sst Luft nach oben was das Angebot angeht, ansonsten tolle weitl?ufige Anlage direkt am Strand und 2 Minuten zu Fu? zur Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants. Massagen waren super. Das Essen im Hotel war auch sehr gut, waren aber jeden Abend in der Stadt und haben diverse Restaurants ausprobiert. Für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch gibt es eine kleine B?ckerei 5 Minuten zu Fu? mit leckeren einheimischen Naschereien. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen - direkt am Strand und in direkter Nachbarschaft zu Santa Maria mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Au?ergew?hnlich ist die Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter - keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit, sondern immer ein wirkliches L?cheln im Gesicht. Der vorher im Hotel bestellte Flughafentransfer war sehr zuverl?ssig. Danke für den sch?nen Aufenthalt!

Posto storico e rinomato, molto bella la posizione (anche se beach club troppo affollato e poca privacy) ma assolutamente decadente e non degno delle 4 stelle… le camere hanno letti piccoli e sono molto vecchie con frigoriferi rumorosi.
Ristorante La Tortue molto buono e con visuale incredibile.
La colazione scadente ed il servizio di reception sebbene molto gentile ha difficoltà con i sistemi di prenotazione. Anche la connessione wi-fi va e viene. Lo consiglierei per i ristoranti ma non per dormirci
