A comfortable place to enjoy a relaxing vacation not far from the centre of town. Easy access by bus or ride share. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities are modern enough for the prices they charge. Nice plus is having a beach across the street. I had the ocean front apartment with a large balcony and terrific view! Would recommend it.
I stayed here with my two adult kids for a week. We had a great time. Staff was very helpful, room was clean, and breakfast was excellent and enough to get us through lunch. It is near several bus lines that go to old town, but you can also walk along the water (about 2 miles) or use ride share (about 10 euros). The beach right in front of the hotel was beautiful and there is lots for kids to do - water obstacle course, splash pad, skate park, basketball, tennis and soccer. Several stores within walking distance.
Good environment, beatiful beach nearby. Hotel room noicy, entrance next to the window, no terrace, no balcony. Staff friendly. The cleanliness was not at a good level, the room had not been cleaned or towels and sheets changed even though a request had been made, twice. The cleanliness of the toilet could be better.
The city is doing some big construction in front of the beach. Areas around the block require caution when walking as the streets are narrows with lots of cars. Look forward to the completion of the beach construction project.
Total renovation of the beach outside so was not usable at all. So the viue and beach could not be used. It was mentioned in the hotel description at the absolute bottom and only as “construction might make disturbing sound” witch was not the problem.

Thank you for an amazing break. I would just like to let you know on checking in and on leaving a receptionist Katrina was so rude to us , on first point of contact and this is the first impression not good. Thankfully everything else and the rest of the staff were amazing in the whole hotel they went over and beyond, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On checking in we thought it might just be a bad day for her but the same on leaving no please no thank you this was at 4.40pm Saturday when we collected our luggage. One bad apple in the team lets the rest of the team down. We had to check out by 12 and settled the bill prior with a male receptionist he checked us out, he was different again he was helpful chatty and respectful. Telling us where we could use the showers and change later on prior to our pick up. We used cash throughout the vacation and most restaurants preferred this. We have had a great time the restaurant and cave bar are amazing and we will be back one day. I have rated 3 star due to the way we were treated on arriving and leaving only.
Trop loin de la ville. Nous y avons passé deux nuits lors de notre circuit. Situé non loin de la mer avec ENCORE la vue mais plus pour très longtemps vue qu‘un grand complexe h?telier est en construction juste devant donc attention CHANTIER. La chambre avec belle terrasse est bien équipée, propre, le lit est petit pour deux personnes, pas de plateau de courtoisie, le pd est pas mal, pour un 3* je connais mieux. Personnellement je n’aurais pas reservé ici vue la distance au Centre ville les taxis demandent un tarif énorme pour les 3.5 km entre 25€ et 30€, ne payez surtout pas plus de 10€ pour ce trajet, il y a des chauffeurs encore honnêtes ici. Avec notre guide nous avons même payé QUE 6€.
