I would have given them a higher score but we had a few issues.
First the restaurant and bar were closed on one of the 2 nights we stayed. For a premium cost hotel I would expect to be able to get a drink in the bar.
Breakfast was really poor. It was included in our rate but consisted of stale croissant and pan au chocolat. Poor selection of cured meat and cheese and one bowl of fruit salad. No toast.
I asked for an egg and my daughter a crepe. We were charged an extra ￡25!
Hotel was otherwise in a good location and rooms were lovely.
New member of staff had started that day and he was brilliant.

手脚不乾净的酒店拉黑没有下次。

We stayed in the hotel for my anniversary. The location and the room were just perfect. You feel like living in a refurbished in a modern way, but historic museum. I would say the pricing was above the level for the hotel, but as I understand that was an overall problem for Venice these days due to biennale. The breakfast was nice and well served. We especially liked sitting in the little inner garden and drinking tea. A little escape in the crowded ancient city.

很差，房间很闷热，外面十几度的温度里面能有三十几度，还没有空调，我和朋友闷的睡不着，一点也不通风。问酒店，酒店説还没到夏天不能开循环系统，只能忍着。一千六一晚的酒店一点也没睡好，房间还很小，酒店无任何补偿。且前台的工作人员从我们入住到离开都很冷漠，没有任何服务意识。狠狠避雷……

酒店位置距离周边景点约15-20分钟步行，寂寞San Lucia 火车站步行28分钟左右，但是不建议拿着行李箱的旅客步行 虽然原图风景也不错的哦。 可以火车站出门做公交船 5.2 线，我买票可能没买好反正从酒店到火车站花了9欧。酒店距离购物街也不是很近或很远 就是步行导航信号容易飘 走进不少窄巷子之后还得再办法绕出去。
酒店房间小 ，衞生间很大， 酒店没有备牙刷，联系前台时説牙刷没了 ，非常崩溃 。
酒店靠海边 早上可以到那边走走喝杯咖啡 也还不错的
酒店推荐了两家餐馆 OGINA 和 酒店出门右边直走50米哪家 。 OGINA 就算了吧， 不咋地。 另一家海鲜还行 服务也不错 我一整天都在哪里吃的 但是第二天早上拉肚子 可能是因为我自己本身也乳糖不耐受 吃了很多cheese
酒店早餐很简陋 25欧 加上税收 5 欧， 29欧是吃的我很不开心的
总体来説 2千一个晚上 享受了国内一线城市的3星。
酒店有一个优点麻烦taxi 免费。z?z?z

酒店外观虽然不显眼，但是里面欧式风格不错，办理入住前台服务非常友好。房间在1楼，一共两层有电梯，还有服务生带我们上房间。房间虽然小但乾净，9月晚上的空调有点冷了，有浴巾拖鞋和电吹风，没有牙刷??。房间装修还不错欧式风格，睡的也挺舒服安静。酒店后面还有个小花园，周边安静，离水上巴士Zattere站很近，拉着??也挺方便，去火车站也不远，记得买通票搭船更方便。附近也有几家餐馆，不过便利店很少。总体推荐入住！

Incredibly beautiful palace with historical feature, high ceiling, vintage furniture, breakfast patio. Really fell so special when you arrive there, especially by water taxi access. We could check in early and the staff was very kind. The standard room (queen) was a quite dark and small duplex but very comfortable and quite! A/C and fridge worked well!
