It's a wonderful stay at Muscatel nirvana, thanks to team Muscatel nirvana. This is my first time with my family in Darjeeling and we had a really nice experience with the Muscatel nirvana exceptional view from the property of Mount kunchanjunga. fresh and tasty breakfast provided to us with the positive smile from the staff.

Location was good but we faced problems regarding water availability during morning. Nobody received phone calls at that time. We wasted too many times doing it. Also bathroom was too small..

El lugar es excelente! Mucho verde, ideal para descansar. La atención del personal es muy amable y esmerada. El restaurante ofrece verdaderas delicias. Desayuno muy completo. Y no faltan actividades de recreación. Verdaderamente recomendable

El entorno es muy lindo y empleados en gral muy amables. Lo malo es la gastronomía tanto en desayuno como comidas. Relación precio/servicio malo, caro para la calidad de las cosas. Hay aéreas del hotel con poco mantenimiento. Realmente no volveríamos

Elegance of an old and spacious Grand Hotel but extremely well-kept Surrounded by mature trees, gardens and birds. Quiet. Ample rooms and bathroom. Superb outdoor and very decent indoor pools. Great breakfast and restaurant, as well as poolside food. Wide range of activities for families with children, as well as for adults.

Hermoso hotel. Nuestra habitación fue perfecta, cómoda y con toallas y batas de muy buena calidad. Muy disfrutables ambas piscinas. El parque bellísimo. La comida muy bien, pero lo que más destaca es la amabilidad de cada uno de los integrantes del staff del hotel. Da gusto sentir que la gente trabaja de buena gana. Fuimos a pasar el cumplea?os de mi esposo y tuvieron un detalle precioso con él. Sin dudas volveremos.
