The attention to detail at this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are truly extraordinary — beautifully designed, comfortable, and clearly thought through. Breakfast is excellent and easily among the best we’ve had, both in quality and presentation.
The courtyard doesn’t receive a great deal of direct sun, but it is still very beautiful and feels calm and refined. Staff are attentive, warm, and genuinely service-minded, which elevates the whole experience.
A hotel that clearly cares about quality and guest experience — highly recommended.

La atención es impecable y que decir del restaurante, es un manjar el desayuno, realmente regresaremos 100% , es un Hotel que debes de visitar si o si. Mega recomendado
This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The upkeep to the grounds was impressive and the rooms were romantic and thoughtful. I left my phone behind and when I realized it they already head it at the desk trying to reach me. Great service and great nights sleep.
Stayed a couples night on a weeks road trip, and a great base to visit Chichen Itza and some local cenotes from. Greeted warmly by Gema in reception, who arranged for the car to be parked and immediately upgraded the room due to some minor work going on. The room was stunning and ever bit as good as the pictures and we wanted for nothing. Although we didn't have dinner in the hotel, the menu looked great and the breakfast selection is amazing, so have no doubt the food in the evening is the same. We did enjoy a couple of tasty cocktails at the bar! We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the hotel more, but with so much to see in the area, we just didn't manage it. All the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble and the morning we checked out, the car was waiting on the road. Will definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area. Really amazing food, way better than our all inclusive 5 star resort in Cancun. Great food! Absolutely amazing! My 4 yo ate a lot!!!!! BENTURA, the waiter was great, and all the staff.
Lovely place! We made our way here after visiting Chichen Itza. A little hidden gem. Very beautiful and nice place - such a friendly and welcoming staff! And very decent food! We can definitely recommend.
Our stay here was amazing! The hotel is nice super clean with wonderful rooms. The staff is nice and careful to address all the needs. Breakfast is great with a wide choices of dishes! Definitely the place to be in Valladoid!
