Hotel has 4 star on the side of the building but it’s showing its age and did not feel like it. To be fair, it did look comparable with the other 4-star hotels in the area. Pillow was very very flat and uncomfortable. Room was basic and clean.?
Location was great though - mins walk from the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking (7 min walk away) was a nice plus

L'hotel è vicinissimo al Santuario, è confortevole e pulito; ha l'aria condizionata. Abbiamo consumato una sola cena e tre colazioni: il cibo rientra negli standard di un hotel 4 stelle.

El desayuno bastante escaso y de poca calidad. El parking público se paga de 09:00 a 19:15 y es caro. El hotel ofrece parking gratuito. Por lo demás todo genial.

Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer (übernachtungen mit Morgenessen) gebucht. Somit k?nnen wir über das dortige Mittag- und Abendessen nichts aus eigener Erfahrung sagen.
Unser Fazit: überall sehr freundliches Personal; grosszügige, einwandfreie, saubere Einrichtungen; reichlich befrachtetes und gutes Morgenessen (Selbstbedienung);
Uns gefiel es. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Check in was smooth. All staff are very friendly! We are a group of 5 and are booked in a 5 person room. Nice and cozy. They even have a second shower and toilet. Small but function make it so much easier for a group of 5. Free parking is a bonus. All great.

The hotel is very near the Cathedral which is why we booked here.we have arrived almost midnight as we have travelled all the way from Paris. The staff did not let us wait for long and it was the fastest check in I ever experienced! I only booked for a double room but they gave us a family room which is so spacious. The room is clean and got the basics. The staff are friendly and accomodating and helpful. We did enjoyed our stay here and will definetly book here again.
