Everything about this stay was excellent. Marco was able to check us in early because the rooms were cleaned quickly. That trend continued all stay long. Very clean hotel with great service. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat.
Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right. Room was decent sized for Europe with a flat screen TV with lots of channels. The toilet was totally retro.
Location is amazing. Staff is great. I would highly recommend.

Located within minutes from the train station. Walkable distance to all major attractions. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is sparkling clean.
The only setback is the noise from the big compound outside the hotel. But overall I will highly recommend those visiting Florence.

非常失望的一次住店體驗。就在要離店的上午，checkout時間是中午12點，但11點就聽到敲門聲。打開門后一名清潔員工説“有四個人正在等待我們的房間”。我回復“離店不是12點嗎”，對方不説話離開。非常離譜，這么多年第一次遇到這種情況。離店時和前臺溝通，工作人員只重復説“不可能”，根本沒有任何歉意。
酒店的被子一言難盡，非常松散，被單和被芯很容易松動脫離，蓋被子都需要謹小慎微的，極其不舒適。
浴室的沐浴液等掛得很高，小孩基本夠不著，成人用起來都費勁。
唯一好的就是酒店的地理位置，步行到達任何景點，下樓逛街，公共區域裝修格調很好。

ホテルはとても綺麗でリッチも良い。エレベーターが小さく、家族で行った私たちは2回に分かれて乗りました。
目の前が広場でおしゃれレストランも多く、その景色も良かったのですが、まさかの生演奏が夜中1時まで続きうるさくて眠れない…。それだけが??でした…
