Everything about this stay was excellent. Marco was able to check us in early because the rooms were cleaned quickly. That trend continued all stay long. Very clean hotel with great service. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat.
Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right. Room was decent sized for Europe with a flat screen TV with lots of channels. The toilet was totally retro.
Location is amazing. Staff is great. I would highly recommend.

Located within minutes from the train station. Walkable distance to all major attractions. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is sparkling clean.
The only setback is the noise from the big compound outside the hotel. But overall I will highly recommend those visiting Florence.

非常失望的一次住店体验。就在要离店的上午，checkout时间是中午12点，但11点就听到敲门声。打开门后一名清洁员工説“有四个人正在等待我们的房间”。我回复“离店不是12点吗”，对方不説话离开。非常离谱，这么多年第一次遇到这种情况。离店时和前台沟通，工作人员只重复説“不可能”，根本没有任何歉意。
酒店的被子一言难尽，非常松散，被单和被芯很容易松动脱离，盖被子都需要谨小慎微的，极其不舒适。
浴室的沐浴液等挂得很高，小孩基本够不着，成人用起来都费劲。
唯一好的就是酒店的地理位置，步行到达任何景点，下楼逛街，公共区域装修格调很好。

ホテルはとても绮丽でリッチも良い。エレベーターが小さく、家族で行った私たちは2回に分かれて乗りました。
目の前が広场でおしゃれレストランも多く、その景色も良かったのですが、まさかの生演奏が夜中1时まで続きうるさくて眠れない…。それだけが??でした…
