Waited 35 mins for toastada ( cheese and tomato) nothing major that would put kitchen under pressure Staff very pleasant... however when on route to airport time is of the essence and to have 6 or 7 others served before you is not pleasant.. ..

Seul H?tel sur la plage avec restaurant et bar, très belle chambre de luxe avec immense terrasse vue sur la mer. Personnel très sympathique. Petit-déjeuner copieux sucré et salé. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y retournerons. Juste le parking un peu petit.

What a lovely hotel. Staff bent over backwards for us . Rooms cleaned spotless Every day. reception staff was all amazing and Jessica was fabulous. Return in 2 weeks time cannot wait. To go back. Such good value for money which makes it affordable to return often. On the beach was brilliant. Not a single thing I could complain about. Well done to all the Staff at this hotel making us feel so welcome

We (hubby and I) booked this hotel. The prices looked very good and it was where we wanted to stay, Santa Pola. There is a small parking lot. We were blocked in the next morning, but nothing to cry over. The rooms are very spacious. The showers were nice as well. They had amneties like small shampoo, gel, a small soap, toilet paper, towels and extra bed linen. AH! And they have bidets ;) We were warmly welcomed by an elderly man at the desk. We came in very late because of our flight. He was very patient and even helped us to open a wine bottle we had. :) There is wifi and air conditioning. We spent the 1st 3 nights in a regular room then later upgraded to a room with a seaview. FANTASTIC decision. Breakfast is included. Bland breakfast, but nice to have it when it's there when one wakes up in the morning right? All that worked in the reception were VERY helpful, pleasant. They became like our temporary 'family' there. Yessica was a great help as well, recommending restaurants for us to visit and places to see. Coming down to her in the mornings was a delight! The hotel is located in lovely area of the city of Santa Pola, close to the beach, restaurants, the fish market, the harbour...you get my point!! The hotel itself needs upgrading/renovating, but does it's job! There was a variety in guests such as norwegians, french, swedes, even spanish. The atmosphere was so homey! I HIGHLY recommend and of course, will stay here again. Thank you ALL for your wonderful service and all you do!! :)

H?tel très bien situé car sur la plage et proche du port avec ses restaurants ainsi que du centre ville et ses commerces. Un bémol concernant l'insonorisation en sachant que nous avons pris une chambre de luxe avec une super grande terrasse. Malheureusement on entend les portes claquer à toute heure de la nuit ainsi que la douche et la télé des voisins. Petit déjeuner sans plus.

HOTEL MAGNIFICAMENTE UBICADO SOBRE LA MISMA PLAYA CON VISTAS EXCELENTES TANTO DESDE LA HABITACIóN COMO DESDE LA TERRAZA CHILL OUT. COMIDA DE CALIDAD, LIMPIEZA DEL DIEZ, PERSONAL AMABLE, CERCANO, PROFESIONAL Y QUE SABE ORIENTAR. HOTEL QUE SE ESTá REFORMANDO EN LA ACTEUALIDAD PERO QUE PERMITE EL DESCANSO. HOTEL MUY CéNTRICO, JUNTO A LA ZONA DE BARES, RESTANURANTES Y TERRAZAS. ESTHER, LA RECEPCIONISTA UN ENCANTO Y MUY PROFESIONAL ADEMáS DE SIMPáTICA. VOLVEREMOS SIN DUDA

Hemos estado en el hotel el primer finde de septiembre y ha estado fenomenal. La habitación reformada ha quedado moderna y confortable, pero lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido el trato cercano que nos ha dado el personal, sobre todo Damián due?o del hotel , que se ha preocupado personalmente de que nos podamos comer una paella en la maravillosa terraza que el hotel tiene a pie de playa. El desayuno variado y con posibilidad de hacerlo tambien en la terraza. Todo genial, recomendable.

Hotel conveniente en la playa de Levante. Nuestra habitación familiar era amplia, limpia y con una terraza enorme. El desayuno estaba muy bien, con alimentos variados y frescos. La ubicación es excelente y aunque no tiene aparcamiento, es posible aparcar en los alrededores o en parkings cercanos. Es un plus el que se encuentre justo en la playa de Levante y a un paso del puerto desde donde salen los ferris a la isla de Tabarca

We were put here when our flight was cancelled all the staff have been amazing taking a bad situation in to a wonderful one THANK YOU. we have a room with a beach view the reception staff helped us keep this room until we could get a new flight they were fantastic, moving other bookings to accommodate us. Breakfast was great nothing too much trouble, staff lovely always topping up the empty, the bar staff also lovely bringing us what we needed, the room was spotless with water for our arrival welcoming at 3.30am. The cleaner also very helpful giving us extras as we had thrown our shampoos and things away thinking we were going back to the uk. I would highly recommend this hotel.
