Just had 2 weeks at Punta hotel (19th sept to 3rd Oct) Dimitri and his lovely wife Vivienne manage this hotel excellently and proudly. Beautiful views of the bay from lovely spotlessly clean spacious rooms, lovely pool and pool bar areas. Large restaurant with great views, a shuttle bus is provided daily to town and back. Books to read, table tennis and volleyball facilities. Greek night once a week and movie night over the weekend. Food is plentiful and tasty with plenty of choice (well done chef) Met some great staff members and we would like to thank Vivienne, Elini, Martin, vasilli, Bobo, Danny, Kristos from the restaurant, Kristos on security, Abdul, Bonita, Maria and Svetlana for making our holiday very special, well done Dimitri you run your beautiful hotel perfectly with hard working and helpful staff Many thanks, love from Kath and Harold Room 212 XX

P--perfect location for all of Skiathos. U---U believable views from all areas of the hotel N--Nourishing always something to eat. T-- Tranquil area , no noise slept well A--- Amazing staff, never met any member of staff that was willing to help. Suggestion/ recommendation Bannister rails to all staircases, to prevent falls as there is no lift. Thank you to all staff, and guests for a fabulous week break. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return

Thank you Hotel Punta for a lovely stay!! Beautiful views, great peaceful location and great team of Staff. It was our first visit to the Island and of course the Hotel. We will definitely be back. When we arrived we were given a ground floor room which from experience we don't usually like. We did request to move but as there wasn't a room available on an upper floor we decided to stick with it. We are so glad we did as the room was spacious and had a lovely terrace with direct access to the pool area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. Vivienne and her team on reception are so helpful and welcoming. Martin and the guys on the bar are great - the food at the Poolside is excellent. The only thing for us was they do not stock Cider (Greek or otherwise) which my husband was disappointed by and meant we didn't use the Bar as often as we usually would. The breakfast was fine, good choice of English and continental items (loved the boiled eggs) the hot food could have done with being kept hotter but the Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit made up for it. Would highly recommend a walk down to the Hotel Beach - small but the views are beautiful and the sun loungers (with pads) and umberella's made for a comfortable and relaxing few hours in the morning. We are on our last day at this wonderful little hotel after a 14 night stay. View from the balcony beautiful looking across to Skiathos town. Hotel clean and looked after. All staff friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Vivienne who always has a smile on her face. Walk to the town in about 25-30 mins depending on how fast you walk!! Steep hill from the hotel but then all downhill and flat from there. Lots of places to eat and drink and plenty of boat trips to go on. We went on the ferry to Skopolos and stay overnight in a beautiful apartment over looking the sea, ￡60 for 4 of us and came back on the ferry the next day, another beautiful island to visit. We will definitely return to Skiathos and this lovely little hotel. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Fantastic hotel absolutely spotless beds and pillows veery comfortable rooms are a good size , breakfast and evening meal very good and all the staff are so polite and helpful always plenty of sunbeds pool area is stunning wonderful views also food at the bar was very good especially the pizzas . What a wonderful holiday our family had thankyou from our family to the hotel punta family ...Fantastic x

Just returned from a week at Punta Hotel. Very fond memories of our trip and stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, all speak very good English. Rooms very well maintained each day, think most have wonderful views over to Skiathos town and the boats around the marina. A decent size pool with sunbeds and a small bar surrounding where everyone would spend the evening before/after dinner. Had a lovely Greek dancing night and another couple of movie nights which were lovely. Food was of great quality although would suggest more availability protein wise for vegetarian/vegan guests and notification describing if food suitable for these diets. However I always had plenty to eat and it was always very tasty with good selection otherwise. Extra payable food also great quality and drinks reasonably priced and also of quality. Shuttle bus provided to and from Skiathos town which was well utilised by guests and maybe more frequency would be great. We often walked down on a morning (easier to walk there than back) go out for day on boats or buses and then book the shuttle back to hotel. Takes about 20-30 mins to walk to town where there is the bus station with buses to West of island for €3 each way or shorter distances €2. Very easy to navigate. Lots of boat trips set off from marina in town too so plenty to explore. My son is an aviation enthusiast and enjoyed watching the planes coming in to land from the hotel. You can also walk to end of runway from hotel as you pass this on way to town (please be mindful of jet blast, especially from larger planes as it is quite forceful and people got blown over and lost items). Shout out to Eleni and Vivienne and Martin and his colleague at the bar, you all made our holiday even better with your friendly, professional manner. Another plus we enjoyed was fact due to the small size of hotel guests would chat happily together and it felt like a little family community but not in an overbearing way and you could enjoy your privacy as well. Would definitely love to return here and am glad we booked this hotel rather than the main town. Best of both worlds!

Buon Hotel situato in zona molto tranquilla, nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto di Skiathos. Personale accogliente, pulizia soddisfacente e buon cibo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la bellissima isola di Skiathos con auto che si può noleggiare direttamente sul posto. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Thank you Punta Hotel for an absolutely wonderful holiday…. Vivian on reception is one of the nicest ladies and so very helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment she hugged us as we left always so friendly and helpful. Fortis, Visilis & Zoe are also a credit to this hotel always happy to help with anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are practical, plenty big enough, with amazing views….cleaned by a lovely lady every single day…..and if I had anything to pick fault with it would be the lack of a kettle but this was simple to solve, just ask Vivian who had one behind the reception for us. The small beach was lovely no problems with finding it and was clean tidy…. Very steep walk back up the hill but just take your time and a drink. I have travelled all over Greece and this has to go down as one of my top hotels…. Traditional food which was very tasty, served fresh and different every evening. The Greek salad was amazing at lunch time and was so big it filled me until dinner. No worries about sunbeds and the pool Is very clean and in good condition. Shuttle bus to the town is excellent, book in advance as it is popular, we also hired a car via Vivian and this was very affordable and delivered to us at the hotel within 30mins. See you next year Punta hotel we cannot wait to return xx

Hotel Punta was exactly what we needed for a quiet, relaxing break, only 10 minutes from the airport and town yet very remote and relaxed. It’s a fairly small, clean hotel with warm, friendly staff from the receptionists to the cleaners, and all staff in the restaurant. Fotis at the bar is a real asset, making us great cocktails and remembering our names from day one. The pool has amazing views over the town and port, and the small private beach is a nice break from the busy beaches on the island. The breakfast was tasty, dinner always had good options, the bar at night was lively but relaxed, and we loved the Greek music and dancing on the Wednesday night. Wi-Fi in the room was a bit patchy, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Il Posto è carino in un ottima posizione distante il giusto da paese. Letti molto confortevoli e camere pulite e in ordine. Un grosso problema è legato al menù della sera gestito da cuochi indiani . Sicuramente sarebbe molto meglio proporre una cucina greca o indiana piuttosto che una cucina internazionale ripetitiva e con prodotti scadenti e piatti sempre in umido . I proprietari dell'hotel dovrebbero provare altre strutture per capire cosa si può ottenere con piccole modifiche al menù e alle ricette. Un grosso problema è anche la gestione della sala ristorante che alle 10 in punto sparecchia i coperti e allontana i clienti. E' convenzione internazionale che gli alberghi abbiano un orario di termine cena o pranzo ma si intende il termine degli ordini e la chiusura del buffet ma non la liberazione della sala a cui deve essere consentito alla clientela di restare per una ora successiva alla chiusura per terminare le consumazioni.
