recibí un trato diferenciado por mi discapacidad y fue de calidad. Agradezco al personal con quién tuve contacto y que resolvieron ese problema

Primero debe ser el cliente.
La recepción fue desagradable, tenían problemas de corte y en vez de darnos las habitaciones, nos hacen esperar, pregunté por el estacionamiento y afuera ya la patrulla y en recepción como si no pasara nada!! Creo que primero está el cliente, no dijimos nada, pero no está bien ese tipo de actitudes

Everything was nice, except, we booked a room with one large bed and when we walked in, we had two tiny beds for children. My wife and I were very disappointed to have to sleep in two separate tiny beds.

La cama estaba bien dura y peque?a, ademas que habia chinches y nos picaron toda la espalda, esta en contra esquina de un bar y en la noche el ruido no deja dormir

Safety
The service was great but there were a few safety issues: no bathroom rug in the bathtub and it was slippery, no banisters on the stairs, and you have to switch the light on yourself on the stairwells. But the hotel was spotless and the location was great.

Su único punto negativo, es que no envían factura. La solicité 2 veces y todavía no la recibo

El Hotel está bien, pero en la atención no, ponen una botellita de agua de 250 mi para 3 personas y un jabón de ba?o también para 3 personas, 2 días no hubo agua caliente, está bien ubicado

Staff should improve on being friendly and attentive to guests. Otherwise lobby is nice looking and room is ok.
