I had requested a 2 bed room, I arrived to the Hotel and I was given a single bed . Told front desk about it and she said if you want a double bed you need to pay more for it . To mention I have a disable kid that needs a bed for herself . Had to pay the extra and I had to request a receipt twice because she stated she had cash out and she could not give me a receipt. Front desk not helpful very unfriendly.

Realmente todo estuvo bien, aunque mi estadía fue muy corta, lo que no me da muchos elementos para evaluar con mayor veracidad, en general todo bien

The staff is friendly, they answer all your questions. The location is nice since it's in the downtown area, but after 8pm it becomes a ghost town because the hotel is surrounded by shops and stores, and everything closes around that time. The room is nice but average, it has all you need. The one we got didn't have a window so could be a little claustrophobic. Also, the day we were there the WiFi didn't work, good thing I had great cell service otherwise it would have been a nightmare. Overall the hotel covers the basic necessities.

En la habitacion que me dieron fallaba el agua caliente, solo estaba medio tibia y en la ma?ana estaba intermitente, mientras me ba?aba me quede sin agua iba y venia, el ba?o del lobby siempre se tapaba

El personal es muy amable y atento, las se?oritas en recepción súper atentas y educadas , lo que falla es el mantenimiento de la habitación, al parecer estaba recién pintado pero había manchones sobre los diferentes colores e incluso cortinas con pintura , en la parte de la ventana al parecer era un mueble con puertas pero las quitaron y solo se ve una barra de madera vieja y un espacio para poner ropa , el ba?o es muy peque?o y la madera de las puertas muy viejas o con mucha falta de mantenimiento ya que las manijas estaban flojas en mal estado las camas muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas y a pesar del mantenimiento de la ciudad la ubicación es muy buena y el personal muy bueno también!

Solamente mucho ruido de un bar que está al lado, hasta las 4:00 AM que se calmo pudimos descansar

Estuvo todo muy bien, solo que en la tardes hay mucho ruido creo que de alado donde solo se escuchan zapateados y la verdad es muy molesto ese ruido

Small size room including the restroom we were four persons nearly fit. Noisy took long for room service

Mi estancia fue muy agradable, la habitación no amplia pero comoda, el wifi excelente, limpieza super, excelente ubicación.
