Wir haben uns in diesem wundersch?nen, modernen Hotel von der ersten Minute an rundum wohlgefühlt. Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir so herzlich empfangen, dass wir direkt das Gefühl hatten, willkommen und zuhause zu sein. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer mit einem L?cheln da – man merkt einfach, dass hier Menschen mit Leidenschaft arbeiten. Unser Zimmer war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – ein Ort, an dem wir uns sofort entspannen konnten. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Küche: Jeder Teller war ein kleines Kunstwerk, voller Geschmack und Kreativit?t. Wir haben jede Mahlzeit genossen und freuen uns noch jetzt, wenn wir daran zurück denken. Alles in allem war dieser Aufenthalt für uns etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir sind mit einem L?cheln abgereist und mit dem festen Vorsatz, schon bald wiederzukommen. Dieses Hotel hat unser Herz erobert! ??

This hotel is a spa, it feels like you could walk around in your robe and gifted slippers everywhere. It is a gem. The restaurant is incredible cuisine, and the staff very friendly. Max our waiter, is so full of life and passion, and literally made our stay and our meals of extraordinary memorable moments and laughter. Elia the sommelier was very passionate and was very patient and attentive. All the staff was top notched. At this hotel, you can expect the best. AND, the room was among the nicest we have ever stayed (the view of the Dolomites is.... beautiful).

Benché non fossimo clienti dell’hotel, Abbiamo usufruito del massaggio come “esterni”. Cortesia all’accoglienza, ambiente curato nei particolari dove il legno e la roccia la fanno da padrona, raffinato, massaggio molto rilassante.

Sono stata al Recort un paio di settimane fa e ho fatto la pulizia viso Farmogal da 80 minuti consigliatami dalla spa therapist Giulia. è stato un percorso tra profumi, oli essenziali, maschere calde e massaggio che mi ha veramente fatto rilassare regalandomi, a fine trattamento, una pelle meravigliosa. Ringrazio Giulia per questa bellissima esperienza di benessere che consiglio vivamente di provare.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo fantastico hotel per una settimana. L’albergo è nuovo e moderno, con finiture e arredi di altissima qualità. La stanza nonostante avessimo prenotato la classica era davvero enorme e comoda, con affaccio sulle magnifiche montagne. Un plauso in particolare va ai ragazzi che lavorano lì, tutti giovani ma con tantissima esperienza. Grazie Max, Sara, Elia e Marco, ci avete coccolato dal primo all’ultimo istante. Siete la ciliegina sulla torta di questo hotel! A cena potrete mangiare dei piatti davvero ottimi, con materie prime eccezionali e una mano davvero delicata. Unica pecca del perché diamo 4 stelle e non 5 è per l’orario cena: si può arrivare in sala tra le 19.00 e le 20.00, se arrivi dopo le 20.00 rischi che alcuni piatti presenti nel menu non sono più disponibili. Allungherei lo slot orario. Colazione ottima (eccezione fatta per i pancake, non sono fatti al momento e purtroppo si sente).

Beautiful Hotel, service need a little more work. This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the dolomites. The spa facilities are exceptional. Slightly let down by some of the strictness around dining times. The kitchen is only open for orders between 7-8pm. When out friends arrived slightly after this, whilst being accommodated it did feel like we were putting them out despite it only being 10 minutes after. A shame as everything else was lovely.

There are not enough stars to be able to sufficiently rate this spectacular hotel. It’s honestly a little piece of heaven. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out the staff at the resort are completely devoted to your every need. They truly go above and beyond. In fact other hotels should send their staff members to the recort to get trained on what good hospitality really looks like. You feel like a member of the family at the recort but in a luxurious setting. The room was spacious and well planned out. The food was an absolutely phenomenal. The wine list was extensive. The breakfasts were out of this world. The spa area was so very relaxing. My words don’t do this hotel justice. You just have to make the trek there to believe me. It is well worth the journey.
