This is a very silent area. If you're looking for party, you're wrong. This is a location to relax and lay back. Exaclty our plan. We stayed in a nice suite under the roof with very much space and a nice layout including a balcony. The check-in was so-la-la: They offered us a welcome drink, but only two of four drinks actually were served. We had to ask for the other two drinks... The breakfast buffet is open late (until 11:30) which is really cool if you want to sleep long. However you have to ask for certain items at that time, as they don't fill everything up - which makes sense in my eyes. Breakfast was OK - not too fancy but everything you would expect. We did not need any lunch or dessert buffet in the afternoon, which would also have been included in the price. However drinks are not included at all, except coffee/tea and fruit juice at breakfast. During the day and evening, not even water is free. Given the fact, that the guests here are rather old in general (we were among the youngest with our teenager kids), at least free water during hot summer days would not be a luxury. Dinner was fancy, but not really a choice for younger audiences. Also, it's in an undergound room without windows, which is strange, as the breakfast area is in a location with windows and much nicer. Why not serve dinner there as well? Last but not least: The pool area. There are different pools, like outdoor, indoor, saltwater and whirlpool. However they were all COLD. In the wellness-brochure it says, 35° or so for some indoor pools - well, they were more like 22°. Also the outdoor pool was not really heated. For us, the pools were the main reason to come here, so we were quite disappointed about this. However, we did not complain at the frontdesk. It's usually not worth the time and just gives me a bad mood having to complain about things, that should be completely clear. So instead I will simply not return.
